Here’s an arms control proposal that might actually reduce wars. It’s kind of like a concealed carry law for nations. From the late dictator of Uganda, Ida Amin:
I propose getting rid of conventional armaments and replacing them with reasonably priced hydrogen bombs that would be distrubuted equally throughout the world.
