From Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker:
We need something fresh, organic, from the bottom-up, and that’s what you get in the states.
Newly dropped cow pies fit the bill, but Walker was apparently talking about a “fresh” approach to governance. And from whom will that new approach emanate?
Overall, I believe governors make much better candidates than members of Congress.
Does he have anyone in particular in mind?
