America Will Spend More on Taxes than Food, Clothing, and Housing Combined (Graphic)

From the editor at againstcronycapitalism.org:

This should not be in the “land of the free.” It is a sad graphic. And remember, much of your tax money is siphoned off by the cronies in industries which are connected and by those in government itself. You are basically an annuity.

  2. The bigger scam – taxing an average person five times:

66 yr old software developer. Paid a lot in FICA my entire life.

#1. 50 years of FICA contributions taxed by the Fed and the State.

#2. in 2015 I paid $15k in FICA contributions. So you need to pay into the system, even though you are receiving benefits.

#3. Had to pay tax on 2015 contributions.

#4. Both my wife and I receive full SS benefits.

#5. We have to pay Federal income tax on our SS benefits that were already taxes.

#6. We have to pay State income tax (Minnesota) on our SS benefits.

    When is it enough?
