Straight Line Logic endeavors to provide superior insights and writing, both by me and the other writers whose articles are posted here. It also endeavors to provide a forum for intelligent, uninhibited discussion. SLL has been in its present form on WordPress for a little over two years. This year saw a 38 percent increase in visitors and a 45 percent increase in views over 2015. While SLL always aims for quality over quantity, and will not sacrifice the former for the latter, the increases are gratifying. However, the site is still only scratching the surface of its potential viewership, and I look forward to further increases over the coming years.
This site takes a lot of time and effort. I’m not wealthy; I have to cover my living expenses. SLL does not run fund-raising campaigns or have a “Donate” tab. I would much prefer to be able to offer something to my readers in exchange for their money. What I have to offer is my novels: The Gordian Knot, The Golden Pinnacle, and the latest, Prime Deceit. What you can do is buy one or more of them. If you’ll go to the links posted below, you will see that all three books have received great reviews from Amazon readers and the books are available in both paperback and Kindle formats. With Kindle reading has never been cheaper. I can think of no more cost-effective and enjoyable entertainment than great novels, even for those who buy the paperbacks.
SLL champions freedom and liberty. So do my books, through intricate plot structures, compelling characters, and an incisive, fast-paced style. SLL attracts what I believe is the highest quality readership in the blogosphere. It is only logical that we support each other in mutually beneficial exchange. I get royalties; you get great reads; everybody’s happy.
