Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions that differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are even incapable of forming such opinions.

  1. I admit it – I am unable too often.

    • I don’t think I have trouble forming contrary opinions, but expressing them is a different story. It’s a lot easier when I write than when I actually have to talk with people.
