If the staggering rates of myocardial injury revealed by numerous studies are causally related to sudden cardiac death, the consequences may be catastrophic. At the very least, causation should be thoroughly investigated.

When an unapproved drug, therapy or vaccine is new and experimental, all adverse reactions and death should be considered to be caused by that agent until proven otherwise. We are currently looking the other way and doing just the opposite.
