It’s that month of the year again.

The minute the Biden administration assumed office took power, U.S. foreign policy decisions have had the appearance of being made either by Ouija board or by outside forces intent on destroying U.S. geopolitical leverage, or whatever might have remained of it after twenty years of setting various corners of the world ablaze.

BRICS is rising for our new multipolar world stage play, and Russia and China are making moves in Africa while the U.S. sleeps, and then drones some folks, and then goes back to sleep. Call it remote-droning diplomatic policy with a dash of special operators sent in from time to time to keep countries honest in their respect for “democracy” and “human rights.”

After two decades of poking the Russian bear in pushing NATO to its borders, ethnically cleansing Russians in eastern Ukraine, and fighting proxy fronts in Syria, Georgia, and Azerbaijan, the Empire of Lies has failed to keep its eye on the “smaller” countries with potential benefits in economic trade, and natural resource commodities.
