When you mention panhandling leeches, I automatically think of Israel and Ukraine.
I quit going to Target back in Year Zero of Chicago jesus because of them after saying look around the parking lot, all mine went to gas and groceries.
You never know what you’ll find scavenging.
Maybe even something useful.
