I have duo citizenship. When I lived in the States, my sister (in Canada) tried to use this argument that I didn’t have free health care. I had to point out to her that our level of taxation on income was half of what she was required to pay in Canada. Her health care payment simply didn’t come out of her pocket in the doctor’s office.
