Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pound ought and six, result misery.

What a wonderful thing to live within one’s means, for nations as well as individuals.

    people do not know how to do that – I went cash only in 2008 after a divorce and have not looked back – paid cash for vehicles – my daughter said to me the other day that I am the only person she knows that still has money the day before pay day
