Is Pete Buttigieg the Israel Lobby Choice? by Philip Giraldi

If Pete Buttigieg is the Israel lobby choice, and he wins the election, you can be sure there will be no investigations of Israel’s influence on American elections. From Philip Giraldi at unz.com:

Many Americans might consider it decidedly odd that the recent impeachment trial of U.S. President Donald Trump also featured constant vilification of President Vladimir Putin, to such an extent that one might have though that the Russian leader was also in the dock awaiting sentencing. The irony is, of course, that while “Russian interference” has virtually become a cliché, its actual impact on the 2016 election outcome was less than negligible.

Russia was cited seemingly incessantly by House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff, to include the always useful assertion that “if we don’t fight them over there [in Ukraine] we’ll have to fight them over here.” Even more ridiculous, Schiff suggested that if Trump were to lose the presidential election later this year, he might well refuse to accept the result and could be supported by an invading Russian army.

The Debacle In Iowa Is A Perfect Example Of The Extreme Incompetence That Is Plaguing America, by Michael Snyder

The Democratic Iowa caucus fiasco is closely related to why every major city in this country that has been run by Democrats for decades has become a shithole—they don’t know what the hell they’re doing. From Michael Snyder  at endoftheamericandream.com:

The rest of the world is laughing at us.  After what just took place in Iowa, we certainly do not have any right to lecture other nations about how to run their elections.  It was a dumpster fire of epic proportions, and the entire globe is talking about it.  Apparently the Democrats have decided to run their elections the same way that they run their cities.  The Iowa Democratic Party had just one job to do, and they failed in spectacular fashion.  Collecting voting results and reporting them to the public shouldn’t be complicated, but these days incompetence has become the norm.  From one end of the country to the other it seems like people are competing to see who can be the most incompetent, and our population is becoming more “dumbed down” with each passing day.

The debacle in Iowa is being blamed on a faulty app, and I suppose that we shouldn’t be surprised.

After all, just about everything that we put on our phones and computers these days must be constantly “fixed” or “patched” due to endless errors.

This app that the Democrats were using did not have to be complicated.  It simply needed to accurately relay data from the precincts to the Iowa Democratic Party, but thanks to “a coding error” that did not happen…

Due to a coding error, the app, created by a company called Shadow Inc., wasn’t reporting the correct data, according to the Iowa Democratic Party. The error resulted in the Democrats delaying all public reporting of the results of Monday’s caucuses, and has sown chaos and confusion in a hotly contested and deeply important primary.

Depressed Democrat Turnout: The Iowa Story that Matters, by Fletch Daniels

There’s not a lot of enthusiasm out there in Democrat-land. From Fletch Daniels at americanthinker.com:

While the most entertaining story of the Iowa caucuses was either the utter chaos and incompetence that unfolded or the sinister machinations of the Democrat party, depending on your take on the events, the more important story is getting far less attention.

When given the first opportunity to turn out and vote for a candidate to oppose President Donald Trump, Democrats largely shrugged and said, “Meh.”  Turnout was down almost 30% from 2008.

This is by far the most important story out of this primary, which is why it will be largely blacked out by the media.

While Barack Obama was not on the ballot, Democrats clearly expected a greater show of voter force when they were given the chance to do something other than howl their Trump derangement rage at the moon.

Smart Democrats understand this reality all too well.  Harry Enten is one of the smarter ones.

DNC Completely Loses Public Trust In Its Primary Process On Very First Day, by Caitlin Johnstone

The Democrats can’t even run their own primaries, but they want to run your life. From Caitlin Johnstone at caitlinjohnstone.com:

After a 2016 presidential primary race riddled with scandals, all of which worked against Bernie Sanders to the advantage of anointed establishment favorite Hillary Clinton, the 2020 Democratic presidential primary elections officially began with a massive scandal working against Bernie Sanders to the advantage of an establishment favorite.

The 2020 Iowa caucuses turned out to have been designed to depend on the use of a new, untested app with extensive ties to establishment insiders and to the Pete Buttigeig campaign, and because of problems using this app as of this writing we are still waiting on the full results of the election. The Iowa Democratic Party has bizarrely released a partial result with 62 percent of 99 counties reporting, which just so happens to have favored the campaign of a Mr Peter Buttigeig, who in the sample came out on top in delegates despite coming in second in votes.

A popular “gold standard” poll by the Des Moines Register that is normally released shortly before the Iowa caucuses had Sanders comfortably in first place. The results of the poll were instead left unpublished this time until after elections were underway due to a complaint by the campaign of, you guessed it, Pete Buttigeig. This would be the same Pete Buttigeig who attended the infamous “Stop Sanders” meetings with Democratic Party insiders last year, by the way.
