There is No Actual Law or Justice in the B.E.A.S.T. System, by Doug “Uncola” Lynn

The rule of law Humpty Dumpty has fallen and cracked into a thousand pieces, and nobody is going to be able to put it back together. From Doug “Uncola” Lynn at

In recent decades, public confidence in our institutions has declined.  Our governing class has often been paralyzed in the face of obvious and pressing needs. The American dream of upward mobility seems out of reach for some who feel left behind in a changing economy. Discontent deepened and sharpened partisan conflicts. Bigotry seems emboldened. Our politics seems more vulnerable to conspiracy theories and outright fabrication.

Former President George W. Bush – October 19, 2017

People young and old will puzzle over what it felt like for their parents and grandparents, in a distantly remembered era, to have lived in a society that felt like one national community. They will yearn to recreate this, to put America back together again. But no one will know how.

– Strauss and Howe:  “The Fourth Turning”, FIRST EDITION, page 252

Once in a land of plenty, free people united together to create one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. They worked hard. They innovated, created, and prospered.  Before long, however, a group of greedy men secretly met on a remote island and developed a scheme to capture the entirety of the nation’s wealth.

As the Creature from Jekyll Island grew by the dark magic of fractional reserve banking , its tentacles spread over the once free nation, choking it, and eventually enslaved the nation’s children on the land of their ancestors.  The creature continually grew in its power and reach via “Ordo ab chao”; or “order out of chaos”.

Just as conflicts brought change, controlled conflict brought controlled change.  It meant whenever a politician spoke of “fighting for the people”, or “for the children”, or “hope and change”, or “fundamental change”, what they really were promising was conflict in order to bring about their desired outcomes.  This was done through the use of the Hegelian Dialectic; a method of operation made known during the 1800s by the German philosopher George Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel.

One response to “There is No Actual Law or Justice in the B.E.A.S.T. System, by Doug “Uncola” Lynn

  1. I must confess, I ALWAYS “savor” the Uncola. A wonderful mind in possession of a thoughtful journey that he continually shares.

I concur with his thoughts with but one exception. What is the “exception” you might ask? The fundamental one. The premise.

I am entirely “on-board” Doug’s train of logic. Yes, we all know that you cannot get something for nothing – at least when dealing with nature. Yes, you can APPEAR to do so when dealing with your fellow man (men/women). At some point however, the collective response of being empowered to live off the rest of us, is no longer met with but a grudging sacrifice by all of us. Then, all of us will prove Straus and Howe’s book to become as a version of the Bible’s, Revaluations. Doug will then, so too, be proven to possess “predictive” powers.

However, conspiracy is not the causal agent. The “agent” is a moral one.
Ayn Rand explained the philosophical process – specifically the moral one. Paraphrasing Garet Garrett in his book “A Bubble that Broke the World:”

Since the beginning of recorded history, individuals have been appearing with the same scheme in new disguise. You have only to multiply, by the square, the compulsions arising when violating an individual’s right to their own life, while multiplying by the cube the demands placed on them for its sacrifice to God/others. Then for a while you are a beloved politician for having done so.

The scheme must end when the demands exceed collective willingness/ability to fulfill them. Then the plunder must end. Violence becomes the only respite as S & H’s Fourth Turning once again violently morphs into the next iteration of the First.

The events leading to such “reset” are not the result of conspiracy however – though there are, no doubt, those who “conspire.”

The events are driven by the desire to live at the expense of others, given sanction by those in whose interest it is to do so, made morally virtuous by a perverted sense of right and wrong, preached by those granted the “franchise” to determine such things.

See John Galt’s speech in Ayn Rand’s seminal novel, Atlas Shrugged.
