Coercive ‘Vaccinate or Face Testing’ Plan for Federal Workers Tramples Rights, Violates Nuremberg Code, by Children’s Health Defense

And to top it all off, the vaccines don’t work and they are making the situation worse. From Children’s Health Defense at childrenshealthdefense.com:

“Coerced medical interventions have been abhorrent to advocates of liberty and human dignity in every age,” said Children’s Health Defense Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

EDITOR’S NOTE: Children’s Health Defense issued this statement Thursday, hours before President Biden officially announced his administration will require all federal employees to get the COVID vaccine, or face ongoing testing, masking and social distancing restrictions.

Children’s Health Defense (CHD), in response to today’s anticipated announcement that all federal employees and contractors must either take the COVID vaccine or be subjected to routine COVID testing, said the action violates the U.S. Constitution and the Nuremberg Code, which clearly states that informed consent is essential in medical experimentation.

As short-term complications from COVID vaccines are just now being reported and aren’t yet fully understood, and long-term outcomes won’t be known for years, it’s impossible to provide actual informed consent.

CHD also points out that the COVID survival rate across all age groups is 98.23%. In children, the survival rate is even higher — 99.985% — calling into question the need for widespread COVID vaccination.

“This type of coercion would be unthinkable to the founding fathers of this nation, and it should be unthinkable to all Americans today who value freedom from tyrannical governments,” said CHD Chairman Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.

“Coerced medical interventions have been abhorrent to advocates of liberty and human dignity in every age,” Kennedy said. “The fact that these vaccines are shoddily tested, experimental, unapproved and so risky their manufacturers can neither obtain insurance coverage nor indemnify users against grave injuries or death should magnify our ethical revulsion.”

Federal workers scoring massive perks in COVID relief bill, by Jazz Shaw

There are sweetheart deals for federal government workers tucked in the bowels of the recently passed stimulus bill. From Jazz Shaw at hotair.com:

Last month, union boss Everett Kelley, the president of the American Federation of Government Employees, sent out a self-congratulatory memo to all of his members celebrating the election of Joe Biden and the return of Democratic majorities in both the House and Senate. But rather than just taking a victory lap, he cautioned union members to not “pat ourselves on the back” because “windows of opportunity rarely stay open for long.” He warned them that there may be only two years to undo the “damage” (translation: ‘progress’) that Donald Trump made in curbing abusive union practices in the federal government.

It looks like the AFGE has gotten their message through to the White House and Democrats in Congress. Tucked into the COVID relief bill currently being jammed through the legislative process are some huge perks for federal workers. One of the more eye-popping ones is a provision mandating fifteen weeks (!) of automatic paid leave above and beyond the normal, generous amounts of paid time off workers receive, for anyone “affected” by the pandemic. For those without a napkin and a pencil handy to do the math, that works out to nearly a third of the entire working year. (Government Executive)

Authorities Are Still Looking for Any Clear Motives for the Attack, by Allan Stevo

Why would anyone attack a beloved functionary of a beloved government (all functionaries and governments are beloved)? From Allan Stevo at lewrockwell.com:

What do you call a system in which a person is forced to work for someone else without pay?

Slavery.

Each year adults all over the “developed” world spend the first half of the year working without pay, in a form of slavery creatively called the income tax.

It’s slavery.

Doesn’t matter what foolish name they give it.

Each year, tens of thousands of people around the globe learn who really owns their home when they neglect to pay taxes on it and are forced out.

Property tax they call it. No matter whose name is on the deed, skip your property tax payments and be reminded that you’re just a tenant with no actual property rights.

It’s tenancy.

Doesn’t matter what foolish name they give it.

I make something. You like it. You offer to buy it from me. I say yes. We agree to a price, and you pull out the money. Some guy sticks his hand through the window and takes 13% of the money just as it’s passing between your hands and mine.

That’s stealing.

Doesn’t matter what foolish name they give it.

It doesn’t matter if it’s 1%, 13%, or 21%. It’s still stealing. There’s no nominal amount of stealing that’s appropriate. There’s no justifiable quantity. There’s no moral amount that can be stolen. It’s all bad.

I don’t care if the guy calls it sales tax, VAT, or protection money, the money is still stolen.

In Kozani, Greece on Thursday, July 16, 2020, a 45-year-old man walked into the government tax office on Aristotle Street with an ax and started swinging away at people working there.
