ObamaGate’s Endless Saga — None Dare Call it Obstruction, by Tom Luongo

Trump getting elected will be the only way Obamagate is traced back to Obama. If it is, he and his cohorts may be looking at indictments (we can only hope). From Tom Luongo at tomluongo.me:

Back during the early days of the Democratic primaries I told you that the real story behind the scenes was a three-sided civil war for control of the DNC.

Not quite an equilateral triangle, the two major factions were the Clintons and the Obamas with the Soros-backed squad pushing them both farther and farther left, through the fake Progressivism of Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren.

And with the ascension of Joe Biden as the candidate, triumphing over the inept Hillary-backed challenge from Mini Mike Bloomberg, it was clear that the Obamas won the internal battle.

Hillary eventually bent the knee and endorsed Biden along with everyone else.

After her failure to beat Trump in 2016 it became clear that Obama was the choice by The Davos Crowd to deliver the U.S. into their hands weak, divided, literally on fire and close to irretrievably insane.

In the words of Bush the Lesser, “Mission Accomplished.”

But what’s been sticking in the back of my mind for months was Trump’s tweet from May:

To Write Off “Obamagate” As Conspiracy Is Ignoring Well-Documented Reality, by Jon Hall

Obama was up to his eyeballs in the conspiracy to depose Trump. From Jon Hall at fmshooter.com:

Between the 2016 election, Donald Trump’s historic upset win, and his inauguration in 2017, Michael Flynn – Trump’s then-National Security adviser – was unmasked nearly 50 times in foreign intelligence.

For comparison – in his entire career, even as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Flynn only requested once to have someone unmasked.

The FBI scrutinized and investigated Michael Flynn’s communications with Sergey Kislyak, who was ambassador to Russia and a target of U.S. surveillance.

Usually in foreign intel, any U.S. person is anonymously referred to in intelligence documents – being unmasked, however, means that Flynn was identified in Kislyak’s intercepted communications.

Obamagate Is Not a Conspiracy Theory, by David Harsanyl

At the very least Barack Obama’s involvement in the Russiagate conspiracy needs thorough investigation. From David Harsanyl at news.yahoo.com:

Those sharing #Obamagate hashtags on Twitter would do best to avoid the hysterics we saw from Russian-collusion believers, but they have no reason to ignore the mounting evidence that suggests the Obama administration engaged in serious corruption.

Democrats and their allies, who like to pretend that President Obama’s only scandalous act was wearing a tan suit, are going spend the next few months gaslighting the public by focusing on the most feverish accusations against Obama. But the fact is that we already have more compelling evidence that the Obama administration engaged in misconduct than we ever did for opening the Russian-collusion investigation.

It is not conspiracy-mongering to note that the investigation into Trump was predicated on an opposition-research document filled with fabulism and, most likely, Russian disinformation. We know the DOJ withheld contradictory evidence when it began spying on those in Trump’s orbit. We have proof that many of the relevant FISA-warrant applications — almost every one of them, actually — were based on “fabricated” evidence or riddled with errors. We know that members of the Obama administration, who had no genuine role in counterintelligence operations, repeatedly unmaskedTrump’s allies. And we now know that, despite a dearth of evidence, the FBI railroaded Michael Flynn into a guilty plea so it could keep the investigation going.

Welcome to #Obamagate, Everybody! by Scott McKay

Obama was up to his eyeballs in the Russiagate plot. From Scott McKay at spectator.org:

Finally, at long last, the myth of a scandal-free Obama presidency has vanished.

The hottest hashtag on Twitter is 12 years in the making, and frankly that’s far too late.

But hey, better late than never, right?

Last week’s cascade of revelations that the entire Trump–Russia narrative and Mike Flynn case, among other shenanigans falling out of Washington, D.C., over the past four years, weren’t just garbage but garbage cooked up and spread by the top levels of the Obama administration, to be summed up in one catchy hashtag, has the potential to change American politics in fundamental ways.

We know that prosecutions are afoot, and we know indictments are coming. We know that some of those indictments will be handed down to people with famous names.

We know already that #Obamagate is the correct name for the mess unfolding before us, thanks to the summary of a meeting held on Jan. 5, 2017, provided by the former president’s National Security Adviser Susan Rice. The Federalist’s Margot Cleveland follows that story:

Then came the January 5, 2017, meeting in the Oval Office where Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and Director of National Intelligence James Clapper briefed President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and National Security Advisor Susan Rice on Russia-related issues.

Rice later wrote an email to herself on January 20, 2017 — Trump’s inauguration day and her last day in the White House — purporting to summarize that meeting. “On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential election,” Rice wrote, “President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office. Vice President Biden and I were also present.”
