Let’s face it: The public health policy response to the pandemic has been abysmal. I realize I’m not exactly breaking news here, but it can’t be said enough.

Even those on the political left, like Bari Weiss, formerly of The New York Times, and comedian Bill Maher are beginning to publicly question mandates and other anti-COVID measures.

Of course the mainstream media have its dutiful lapdogs who still fawn over Dr. Fauci, but what do you expect? Let’s start at the beginning…

In January 2020, Dr. Fauci said there was no danger the COVID-19 virus would strike the United States. We were soon overwhelmed with it. Then Fauci told the public not to wear masks. Then he said wear two masks, indoors and out. Fauci and others favored lockdowns and quarantines.

Then they said the vaccines would prevent infection and stop the spread of the virus. You could throw away your masks and return to normal living.

At the same time, they warned against early treatment with drugs like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, despite numerous studies proving that they’re both safe and effective. And the sooner they’re administered, the better.

Killer Medical Advice

But the public health authorities told COVID sufferers to just wait it out at home until they had trouble breathing. Only then should they go to the hospital. But guess what? By the time you’re having trouble breathing, it’s already too late in many cases because the disease process is so advanced.

Besides, if you went to the hospital, there’d be a real chance you’d end up on a ventilator and be treated with remdesivir, a drug that’s shown little effectiveness but that has potentially serious side effects, including heart and kidney damage.

There are a lot of conspiracies surrounding the suppression of early treatment. There’s no need to get into them here, but it’s clear that the public health authorities decided that mass vaccination was the solution, and they knew that effective therapeutics would undermine the rationale for the vaccines.

Are we just being played by the apparent reversals on several issues by the coronavirus commissars and their media henchpeople? From Todd Hayen at off-guardian.org:

very good fisherman knows that reeling in a big fish takes skill and conscious intention. One of the first things they learn is that you can’t just crank in the big guy with one effortless winding up of the line.

It takes finesse, a dance of sorts. While always keeping a steady line, you bring them in slowly, with the primary focus on wearing them out, almost hypnotizing them into compliance.

A popular fishing website HUK says this about the process:

Remember that too much tension can snap the line and when large fish decide to make a run for it, the worst thing you can do is try to keep them in place. By fighting their runs, all you are doing is increasing the chances that your line will break and your prize will get away. Instead, set the drag so the fish can take out line while still tiring itself. This will wear down the fish; eventually their runs will get shorter, less violent, and less frequent.”

Hmmm. Sounds a bit too close for comfort, eh?

I am afraid I am not all that excited about the current hoopla regarding our apparent victory over the mainstream narrative. I simply don’t believe it entirely.

We’ve made a run, so to speak, maybe have gotten too rowdy, too powerful, and we are being given a bit of slack so we don’t break the line.

This run is not being executed only by the folks on our side of the fence, but by the sheep as well. We are ALL tired, we are all ready to get out of this mess and call it a day.

It seems like a sensible tactic on their part—to let out a little line, but still keeping us hooked and apparently still in their control.

There are now hundreds, if not thousands, of organizations, politicians, international bodies, world governments, scientists, health-care experts, and just your average citizen clamoring for the vaccine manufacturers to cough up (bad choice of words) their VAERS data. Tearing a page from Fauci’s playbook, Big Pharma just keeps stonewalling such requests, and it’s pretty evident that they do not ever intend to release such data, or at least data that hasn’t been laundered and overhauled. Even then, I don’t think it will happen. Big Pharma, like Fauci, isn’t about to acquiesce to the demands of insignificant people.

I’ve witnessed so many people doing bad things during this time—George Soros, Bill Gates, Bill de Blasio, Andrew Cuomo, and little tony fauci. I remarked to my husband recently that it speaks volumes about how lousy a job our health-care “experts” have done when we have to tune in to Dr. John Campbell’s daily updates from the U.K., updates from a Dr. Been here in the U.S., and YouTube videos of John McCullough, Pierre Kory, and Robert Malone, if they haven’t been X-rated by the nameless, faceless, and mostly clueless fact checkers and expunged from public viewing out of an excess of caution that we might actually learn something worthwhile from them.

I personally have come to mistrust anything said by a public official on the topic of COVID. Case in point. A few nights ago I watched an interview of a virologist at The Mayo Clinic whom I won’t name to protect his privacy. Playing on the reputation of The Mayo Clinic, this man was likely tapped to give his take on the current situation because he’d be taken seriously by viewers. He confesses that he’s worried about the omicron “blizzard” (his words, coming from Rochester, MN, and all) that stands to overwhelm our health-care system, that he’s worried that there are not enough people who are vaccinated and boosted, and he’s pretty sure that COVID19 is going to be around for a good deal longer. Omega, not omicron, is the last letter in the Greek alphabet, so we have a ways to go. And, yes, Mayo man believes there are bound to be other COVID variants that may make what we’ve experienced thus far seem like a walk in the park. And, yes, per this man, vaccines are the panacea, the be-all, and end-all of protection against serious disease.

Here’s a list of questions that you can ask your doctor, local, state, and federal lawmakers and health authorities. I haven’t had any luck getting any of these questions answered on camera so I can share the answers with you. Perhaps you will have better luck.

General questions

  1. Incriminating Evidence is a collection of counter-narrative evidence. Can we go through that one piece at a time and can you explain how these are all wrong? Or conversely, perhaps you can find just one document that you can show is wrong in that article?
  2. We are characterized as spreading misinformation, but mostly we are simply asking questions (like we are doing here) that nobody wants to answer. Since when is asking questions classified as misinformation?

Censorship

  1. President Biden has a Disinformation Dozen list. Why not debate these people instead of censoring them? Is it right for the leader of the free world to proudly proclaim a censorship list?

England Ends All COVID Passports, Mask Mandates, Work Restrictions Epoch Times, January 19, 2022

Restrictions including COVID-19 passes, mask mandates, and work-from-home guidance will be removed in England, UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Wednesday.

Johnson also suggested that self-isolation rules may also be thrown out at the end of March as the… pandemic becomes endemic.

Effective immediately, the UK government is no longer asking people to work from home.

The COVID pass mandate for nightclubs and large events won’t be renewed when it expires on Jan. 26.

And from Thursday, indoor mask-wearing will no longer be compulsory anywhere in England.

Public Health Scotland COVID-19 & Winter Statistical Report As at 17 January 2022 Publication date: 19 January 2022

Public health Scotland wants to make it perfectly clear that even though unvaccinated have the lowest case rate per 100,000 of all the cohorts,

“a simple comparison of COVID-19 case rates in those who are vaccinated and unvaccinated should not be used to assess how effective a vaccine is in preventing serious health outcomes, because there are a number of differences between the groups, other than the vaccine itself, and these biases mean that you cannot use the rates to determine how well the vaccines work.”

As Covid finally dies down, it’s cover-your-ass time for its commissars and flacks. From Raúl Ilargi Meijer at theautomaticearth.com:

With Omicron taking over at lightning speed, and what we know about it from South Africa and Denmark, it would seem that we can relax. It’s reported to be 100x less deadly than Alpha/Delta, and perhaps less deadly than the common flu. If you’ve had Alpha/Delta, you can still get Omicron, but an Omicron infection appears to make you immune to Alpha/Delta.

As far as we can see, nobody’s dying from Omicron, intubations are rare at best, and positive tests, even if they do end up in hospital, are mostly released as fast as they came in. It’s simply over. It’ll take another few weeks for this to become impossible to ignore, but it’s already there. A number of voices have called for treating it like the flu; Spain appears to have made that its official policy.

It’s over. And media, politicians and “experts” will need to jockey for position. They will not apologize for all the fear induced, or the human rights broken, they will make you believe that their new position is perfectly in line with what they’ve done over the past two years, and all that has changed is “The Science”.

The WHO hasn’t given up yet, and is giving it its last best according to today’s headlines:
“WHO Gives Grim Prediction On Omicron Spread”,
“WHO: More Than Half of Europeans Will Get Omicron”.
Half of Europeans will be “infected” with a “virus” that is 100x less virulent than Alpha/Delta, so who cares? They’ll catch the flu too. But the media will label them: “Covid cases”, making no difference between “variants”. And making you afraid of something you have no reason to be afraid of.

Why are media dialling back on the Covid hysteria? Is it because the “pandemic” is really over? Or is it an important part of the gaslighting process?

The past few days, even weeks, have seen a definite alteration in the media’s attitude to the Covid “pandemic”.

There have been numerous examples of what, if the media were not so tightly controlled, might be referred to as “dissent”. But, since the media is tightly controlled, we must call it an apparent change in the message.

Famously, Dr Steve James, a consultant anaesthetist, confronted UK Health Secretary Sajid Javid over the weakness of the science supporting vaccine mandates. Note this was actually aired on Sky News:

A few days ago Dr Rochelle Walensky, the director of the CDC, went on Good Morning America to discuss the “Omicron” wave, and ended up pointing out that most “omicron deaths” have multiple co-morbidities.

In another interview, with Fox News, Dr Walenksy said the CDC was going to publish data on how many people had died of Covid, and how many died with it.

This begs a series of important questions.

  1. Why is the director of the CDC (seemingly) engaging with these Covid skeptic arguments after two years of pretending they don’t exist?
  2. Why would Sky News air, and then tweet out, the video clip of a doctor challenging the health secretary?

It’s been very weird for those of us who have maintained some degree of objectivity about the whole COVID uproar to see leftists maintain their high degree of terror about COVID despite their being vaccinated and boosted.  JP Sears perfectly captures the illogical combination of fear and the lust for power that has seen the leftists ramp up their paranoia even as omicron proves to be innocuous and they’re madly injecting mRNA treatments into their bodies:
