Justin Trudeau and Pathetic Global Elites, by Vasko Kohlmayer

Justin Trudeau epitomizes Covid commissars: a man of little accomplishment who derives perverse, misanthropic satisfaction from telling other people what to do. From Vasko Kohlmayer at lewrockwell.com:

Every word he says he is a lie. A nose as long as the trucker‘s convoy.” – Dr. Jordan B. Peterson

When thousands of truckers drove toward Ottawa in protest against the vaccine mandates, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau described them as “the small fringe minority” holding “unacceptable views.”

As the movement gained momentum and the truckers were joined and cheered on by scores of their compatriots objecting to Canada’s regime of Covid oppression, Trudeau implied that they were racists and Nazis. This he added on top of his earlier characterization of those who object to his policies as misogynists, science deniers, purveyors of misinformation and conspiracy theorists.

By doing this he followed the standard line of the woke elites when dealing with those who do not want to go along with their de-humanizing and exploitative agendas. Rather than meeting the other side in rational discussion, they simply hurl insults that are void of any substance. “Racist,” “Nazi,” “conspiracy theorist,” “misogynist” are their slurs of choice. It does not matter to them that such characterizations are baseless. Their wanton abuse of language and truth shows just how pathetic and detached from reality the elitists really are.

Trudeau’s tirades could not be more laughable or absurd. That the unfolding protests have nothing to do with racism or Nazism or misogyny or science-denial is glaringly obvious to everyone with the eyes to see. What the protesters are standing up against is their government’s Covid chicanery, which has been among the most repressive in the western world.

Lockdowns, curfews, travel bans, injections and boosters forced via onerous ID passports, police harassment: this has been Canadians’ experience in the past twenty-four months.

And when people finally rise against their oppression, Trudeau resorts to calling them names which bear no relation to who these people are or what they are asking for.

What Canada needs is a true leader and not some little weaselly dictator like Justin Trudeau. One perceptive lady told me the other day that Trudeau seems to her like someone who should model underwear. The lady was not trying to be funny; she was speaking in earnest. I was struck by the aptness of her observation and how it seems to have captured something essential about the man. Trying to picture it, he would be a very good candidate for this kind of role in these Covidic times.

Now is the Time for Mass Resignations from Within the Ruling Class, by Jeffrey A Tucker

It’s a nice thought, but don’t get rid of the nooses and firing squads. From Jeffrey A. Tucker at brownstone.org:

If there is a historical precedent for the truckers’ revolt in Canada, and the populist protests in so many other parts of the world, I would like to know what it is. It surely sets the record for convoy size, and it is historic for Canada. But there is much more going on here, something more fundamental. The two-year imposition of bio-fascist rule by diktat seems ever less tenable – the consent of the governed is being withdrawn – but what comes next seems unclear.

We now have two of the most restrictive “leaders” in the developed world (Justin Trudeau of Canada and Jacinda Ardern of New Zealand) hiding in undisclosed locations, citing the need to quarantine following Covid exposure. Streets globally have filled up with people demanding an end to mandates and lockdowns, calling for accountability, pushing for resignations, denouncing privileged corporations, and crying out for a recognition of basic freedoms and rights.

https://twitter.com/MaajidNawaz/status/1487574467815657480?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1487574467815657480%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fbrownstone.org%2Farticles%2Fnow-is-the-time-for-mass-resignations-from-within-the-ruling-class%2F

Note too that these movements are spontaneous and from “below:” they are populated mostly by the very workers whom governments shoved to face the pathogen two years ago, while the ruling class hid behind their laptops in their living rooms. It was the lockdowns that sharply divided the classes and the mandates that are imposing segregation. Now we are facing a modern allegory to the peasants’ revolt in the Middle Ages.

For a long time, the workers complied bravely but have been forced to accept medical shots they neither wanted nor believed they needed. And many are still being denied freedoms they took for granted only two years ago, their schools non-operational, businesses wrecked, places of entertainment closed or severely restricted. People turn on the radios and televisions to listen to lectures by ruling-class elites who claim to be channeling the science that always ends in the same theme: the rulers are in charge and everyone else must comply, no matter what is asked of them.

United We Stand, Divided We Fall: What Will We Lose That We Won’t Lose Anyway? By Doug “Uncola” Lynn

The opposition that has manifested so far against Covid totalitarianism has been controlled by the internal sense of restraint of the resistors. The Canadian truckers’ protest, polite as it has been, has also been the most consequential resistance and its edging into uncontrolled opposition that strikes directly at globalists’ dreams and schemes. From Doug “Uncola” Lynn at theburningplatform.com:

It seems fate would have it no other way: Canadian truckers, specifically, and Canada, in general, has become the spine of the resistance against tyrannical Covid mandates.

The globalists understand their entire totalitarian agenda is at risk and will likely try to derail the resistance movement in Ottawa with tactics ranging from strategic stalling to false flag operations.

The financial elite must break what has become the backbone of the opposition to their Great Reset.

Currently, the Canadian Trucker Protest is a body without a head. So the situation is fluid. What remains to be seen, however, is if concessions can be obtained from the globalists through sheer will; absent defined leadership and contingency planning.

Of course, the globalists won’t back down easily and, for them to win, they must turn John and Jane Q. Public against the truckers. Consequently, the truckers must remain ever alert for any false flag activity; and, in the event any such treachery is attempted, the best scenario would be to catch the perpetrators in the act.

Conversely, it is possible that Trudeau and the globalists won’t risk deceptive subversion or violence and, instead, make concessions before retreating until the next offensive Covid variant can be launched.

Trudeau Demands Truckers Get Vaccinated Like He Did So They Don’t Catch COVID Like He Did

From The Babylon Bee:

OTTAWA—As truckers continue to march on Canada’s capital to very politely ask for their human rights back, Trudeau is doubling down on his position. In a fiery speech this week, Trudeau demanded truckers follow his example and get vaccinated like he did, so they don’t catch COVID like he did.

“Listen, I have COVID right now, and trust me—you don’t want this,” said Trudeau in his classic Trudeau girly voice. “I know you all are all deplorable evil disgusting racists, and there’s no avoiding that. But if you would just get the jab like me, you could at least avoid COVID—something I was unable to do.”

With the COVID infection ravaging his thrice-vaccinated body, Trudeau will remain in quarantine, deep in a hole in the ground in an undisclosed location until he has fully recovered, or until the truckers all go home—whichever comes last.

“Be smart, trust the science, and get jabbed, you disgusting racists, it’s the right thing to do,” said Trudeau before coughing uncontrollably into his sleeve and crying.

Truckers Are Lighting “Brushfires of Freedom” In Millions of Minds, by Chris Rossini

Stoke those brushfires and let ’em burn. From Chris Rossini at ronpaullibertyreport.com:

Tyranny is nothing new. People who embrace it, and who lust after power, tend to follow a similar pattern. There are no brakes. They always push it too far. They always overplay their hand. They can’t seem to stop themselves once they have a grip on the population.

Canada experienced a shocking amount of tyranny over the last several years. And yet, under the extreme pressure that the Canadian people were forced to endure, it appears that a diamond has been formed. Out came a force for liberty that has caught the attention of the entire world!

We are born free, and meant to always stay free. Authoritarians, no matter how much data they chase after, can never know or anticipate everything. Who could have predicted that a major spark would emerge in Canada? Yet, that is how the history of Liberty vs. power has always been. Who could have predicted that 13 colonies would secede from the biggest empire on earth back in 1776?

Keep on Truckin’, Working Class Rebels, by Kurt Schlichter

To the arrogant “elite”, democracy means rule by the arrogant elite. They don’t like it when the help gets uppity. From Kurt Schlichter at theburningplatform.com:

Keep on Truckin', Working Class Rebels

The line of polite big-rig drivers crossing Canada in protest over the maple leaf mandate Marxism imposed by the ridiculous Justin Trudeau is a welcome sign of the workin’ class revolt to come. The courteous Canadians outside of its noxious elite, a caste that rivals our own useless elite in terms of unearned self-satisfaction, have discovered something. They make their country happen. It’s not diversity enforcers who feed the Great White North. It’s not regime journalists who fuel it. And it’s certainly not genderqueer-affirming professors who defend it.

The working class is getting sick of this Schiff, and it is starting to push back. And this will happened here in America too. How it ends is unclear, but my money is on the guys who can do push-ups.

Understand that “Democracy” means, to our garbage ruling class, rule by the ruling class with no annoying input from the people who actually make America work. The Democrat Party, once the party of the workin’ man, is now the party of tech zillionaires, college professors, welfare cheats, and sexually unsatisfied liberal wine women. The workin’ class was not merely abandoned by the Dems. It was thrown out of the party. Their love of family and country was both embarrassing to our overlords as uncouth and as humiliating as well. The workin’ class believes in traditional manhood – they can do the aforementioned push-ups – while our elite rejects the concept of traditional manhood in favor of a neutered weakness masquerading as gender enlightenment. Real men are scary and none will ever get pregnant. Eek! Why, those brutes even have guns!

We Are All Canadian Truckers Now! By Ron Paul

The money quote: As I say, no army can stop an idea whose time has come. Freedom is an idea whose time has once again come. From Ron Paul at ronpaulinstitute.org:

We all remember where we were when the Berlin Wall came down. While it may have seemed that communist rule would go on forever, when the people decided that they had enough suddenly the wall fell. Just like that.

Thus it is after two years of Covid authoritarianism that in Canada the largest truck convoy in history has smashed through the Berlin Wall of tyranny. I have watched as the Canada I once respected as a haven for antiwar Americans in the 1960s turned into one of the most repressive countries on earth. I wondered how a freedom-loving people could allow themselves to be abused by these mini-Stalins without a peep.

But then Canada stood up and showed the rest of the world that freedom can triumph over tyranny if the people demand it. As I say, no army can stop an idea whose time has come.

Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau had been basking in his ability to terrorize the population in the name of fighting a virus. He was so confident in his seemingly unlimited power that he felt he could ridicule any Canadian with different views. The prime minister said in a recent interview that unvaccinated Canadians were “extremists,” “misogynists,” and “racists.”

When the Canadian truckers stood up to his tyranny and began their historic convoy to Ottawa, he thought he could continue ridiculing people. The truckers and their supporters were just a “small fringe minority” who hold “unacceptable views,” he confidently claimed. For Trudeau, love of liberty is just an “unacceptable view.”

The Revolt Begins, by James Howard Kunstler

Canadian truckers are going to bring the country to a standstill. Wonder if Klaus Schwab and cohorts still think they can run the world. From James Howard Kunstler at kunstler.com:

So, it’s time to serve notice that the game is over. The nation rejects the phantom president and the cabal behind the Covid-19 hustle, and all the Woke hustles that rode in with it.

The Canadian trucker rebellion, rolling east across the vast, frozen Canadian prairie, blew into the country’s Woked-up capital city, Ottawa, like the scalding wrath of history, forcing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to skulk off punkishly under cover of night — after bad-mouthing the big-rig invaders as “a fringe minority” in a nation of otherwise obedient hypnotics sleepwalking into Big Pharma’s spike-protein fun-factory of all-causes early death.

The news media is working super-hard to avoid reporting the event, of course. Canada’s leading paper, The Toronto Star, put up a peevish little item complaining that a protester hung an upside-down maple leaf flag on a statue of national hero Terry Fox (a cancer-stricken athlete who ran across most of the country on a prosthetic leg in 1981 to raise cancer-awareness). The paper also mentioned that “[a] discordant symphony of truck horns blared across downtown Ottawa as demonstrators geared up for their second full day on local streets.” Beyond that, the paper lost interest.

Corporate Media and Big Tech aligned against #FreedomConvoy, by Mark Jeftovic

Genteel Canada is seeing a revolt against the genteel but arrogant pricks who run the country, and the pricks don’t like it. From Mark Jeftovic at bombthrower.com:

Bias, power and gaslighting on raw display

As the pandemic’s grip on society is clearly waning, governments at various levels and locales seem to be sorting themselves into two buckets:

  1. End all emergency measures and learn to live with an endemic COVID
  2. Cling to emergency powers and up the ante

Canada is vast country that is run primarily by left-wing liberals who select their PMs from political dynasties in Quebec and who couldn’t pull it off without the support of urban Toronto (the 416).

The corporate media in Canada is largely homogenous, liberal and unabashedly globalist. To them, anything outside of Toronto or Ottawa is “flyover country”. Anything that happens there doesn’t matter unless it’s some issue that can wrapped within a narrative of victimhood to shame the populace into believing their country is a structurally racist, carbon spewing abomination.

In Canada, a pitched ideological battle between the Liberals and Conservatives would be whether the top marginal tax rate should be 53% (where it is now) or 45%. If things got really wild and bare knuckled, maybe Trudeau would come out with a “double-mask” mandate and Erin O’Toole, a third-rate non-entity who has lost two fat-pitch elections, would say “1.5 masks!” Even then he would waffle as soon as some polling data came out.

That’s the political spectrum in Canada, unless you count the NDPs who are even further left than the Liberals. Federally, the NDPs are led by a millionaire socialist.

The Libertarians here are a joke (sorry, but it’s true. I ran for the Libertarian Party federally in 2015 so I get to say that).

Political leaders actually standing up for the civil rights of all Canadians are few and far between: Maxime Bernier federally, running the PPC, and here in Ontario the likes of Randy Hillier and Roman Baber – a couple of MPPs who were jettisoned from #FordNation for resisting the lockdowns and mandates.

When it comes to these rare political voices, and despite rising popular support for them, the corporate media circles the wagons and demonizes them as (what else?) racists, far-right, etc.
