Somebody Finally Tells the Truth

Conspiracy Theories Become Conspiracy Facts, by Ramesh Thakur

Here’s a handy compendium of all the “misinformation” promulgated during the Covid travesty. From Ramesh Thakur at brownstone.org:

Conspiracy Theories

At first slowly but in recent weeks with seemingly gathering pace, two trends have emerged. On the one hand, many of the core claims behind lockdowns, masks, and vaccines are unravelling and the prevailing narrative has been in retreat on all three fronts. But there is still a long way to go, as indicated by the cussed refusal of the Biden administration to let Novak Djokovic play at Indian Wells.

On the other hand, the explosive lockdown files in the UK have blown apart the official narrative. We the sceptics were right in our dark suspicions of the motives, scientific basis, and evidence behind government decisions, but even we did not fully grasp just how venal, evil, and utterly contemptuous of their citizens some of the bastards in charge of our health, lives, livelihoods, and children’s future were. “Hell is empty, And all the devils are here” (Shakespeare, The Tempest) indeed. They will have to build a new circle of hell to accommodate all the perpetrators of evil let loose upon the world since 2020.

A mistake is when you spill coffee or take the wrong exit ramp off the highway. Lockdown was a policy pushed hard by politicians and health chiefs even against scientific dissent and substantial public opposition, using tools from every tyrants’ playbook of disinformation and lies whilst attacking and censoring truth. The depth of public opposition went unrecognized because the fear-peddling media colluded in not reporting on protests.

Genuine mistakes were few and are forgivable. Most were deliberate distortions of reality, outright falsehoods, and a systematic campaign to terrorize people into compliance with arbitrary diktats interspersed with efforts to vilify, silence, and cancel all critics by using the full powers of the state to co-opt, bribe, and bully. All in pursuit of the most maddening public policy insanity of modern times because it ignored existing canons of pandemic planning in blind panic just when calm was most needed. To call lockdown a mistake is to trivialize the shock to society.

Before coming to that, a few preliminary observations to summarize where we are at.

The Growing List of COVID Lies, by Dr. Joseph Mercola

Virtually everything the authorities compelled us to do was wrong. From Dr. Joseph Mercola at theburningplatform.com:

growing list covid lies

Story at-a-glance

  • Lockdowns, social distancing, school and business closures, universal mask wearing, use of face shields and plastic barriers, travel restrictions, the use of PCR tests to diagnose infection, the choice of treatments and the safety and effectiveness of the COVID jabs — all of these countermeasures were based on a combination of lies, fraud and/or willful ignorance
  • Universal lockdowns have never before been used as a pandemic prevention measure, and for good reason. It doesn’t work. To prevent spread of infection, you isolate those who are actually sick. Healthy people cannot spread infection, so there’s no reason to isolate them
  • An August 2020 analysis of COVID-19 surveillance data from the top 50 countries in terms of reported cases also concluded that border closures, lockdowns and wide-spread testing had no impact on COVID-19 mortality per million people. Another paper published in 2021 found lockdowns were actually associated with increases in excess mortality
  • The absence of evidence to support mask wearing for infection control was confirmed from the very beginning by the same agencies and organizations that ended up recommending and/or mandating universal mask wearing
  • To avoid making the same mistakes in future pandemics, medical crises must not be managed by means of emergency powers. Emergency powers should be used only in case of war

At this point, the lies we’ve been told about COVID countermeasures are so numerous, it would be easier to point to what was right and correct than list what was wrong, because the “correct” list would basically be blank.

What Can We Learn From The Biggest Lies People Believed About Covid? By Brandon Smith

We learned that a lot of people will swallow damn near anything if it comes from the government. From Brandon Smith at alt-market.com:

At the very beginning of the covid event in late 2019 to early 2020 the public had little to no information on the details surrounding the outbreak in Wuhan, China and what kind of virus the world might be facing. The virus was coming to western shores and so the public had to prepare for the potential consequences.

People were supposedly dying en masse in China, but the communist country refused to give accurate data on the situation and to this day their reported covid death rate is highly suspect. After a period of uncertainty, suddenly, there was a rush by the media and by government officials to predict the worst case scenario. The WHO was calling for a SARS-like death rate of at least 3% or more – That would mean a global tally of over 240 million+ fatalities.

For those of us in the Liberty Movement, this was seen as the “big one”; the kind of event that crashes economies and leads to an authoritarian society. It almost became that…

From the very beginning certain narratives being promoted in the mainstream did not meet logical or scientific standards. It became obvious that fear was the goal, rather than safety. But in order to create fear, establishment elites and governments had to LIE BIG. Here are some of the biggest lies told to the public about the pandemic:

maxwell’s demonizing, by el gato mal

Exposing public health’s many lies during Covid are not tantamount to demonizing and politicizing public health. From el gato malo at boriquagato.substack.com:

if we can pass this buck fast enough, maybe we can break the law

those of you with a physics bent likely recall “maxwell’s demon,” a 19th century thought experiment about violating the 2nd law of thermodynamics.

well, today it would seem that we have moved on to “maxwell’s demonizing”

a thought experiment about blaming the people who caught you lying for your loss of credibility.

This is precisely what was predicted. The result of demonizing and politicizing science and public health.

alas, this seems to be becoming an all too common refrain in public health these days.

but, just as léon brillouin slayed maxwell’s demon in 1950 by “demonstrating that the decrease in entropy resulting from the demon’s actions would be exceeded by the increase in entropy in choosing between the fast and slow molecules,” so too can we disprove this new claim in violation of nature:

no scott, it was you and yours that did this by lying, pushing bad drugs as panacea, adopting obsessive focus on pseudoscientific and outright superstitious disease avoidance modalities, and turning public health into a hyper partisan pander-fest that then failed, caught fire, fell over, and sank into the fetid swamps from which this impulse seemingly sprung.

then you all gave one another awards for being swell folks.
