A scientific look at the mask fallacy – and why we’re told to wear them, by Daniel Bobinski

The mask recommendations and decrees have nothing to do with health. Rather, the official bodies for nefarious reasons won’t recommend things that actually work, so they promote masks, it’s all they have to promote. From Daniel Bobinksi at uncoverdc.com:

Imagine a large grizzly bear is terrorizing your neighborhood. You have a powerful bear gun and potent bear spray that will make the bear go away or allow you to eliminate it if it attacks you. But your government tells you not to use those tools. Instead, they insist you camouflage yourself, hunker down, and hope the bear doesn’t get you.

That about sums up Covid-19 in America. We have powerful methods for getting rid of the virus if one gets a bad infection, but instead we’re told to wear masks and stay six feet apart. Oh, and no large gatherings, either – unless you’re protesting.

Let me first briefly discuss reliable tools for getting rid of a Covid infection, and then we’ll examine the efficacy of masks.

Tools for fighting a Covid infection

It is unfathomable to me the number of people who believe fear-mongering politicians and their media cohorts who convey the idea that catching Covid is a death sentence.

To quote Dr. Vladimir Zelenko of New York:

COVID is very real. But if we treat it early and the right way, it’s nothing to fear. I saw early use of zinc, hydroxychloroquine, and azithromycin result in an over 99% survival rate in my COVID patients. Don’t let professional scaremongers dictate the narrative.”

The treatment Zelenko is talking about has become known as The Zelenko Protocol, which leads to a 100% survival rate in low-risk patients and a 99.3% survival rate in high-risk patients. What’s a high-risk patient? Zelenko says anyone age 60+ with symptoms and those under 60 with comorbidities or shortness of breath.

Citizens Forced to Breathe Deadly Climate Change Gas, by Jeff Harris

According to official propaganda, CO2 is bad when it’s out there in the environment, but good when you have to breath it and other respiratory exhalations back in. From Jeff Harris at lewrockwell.com:

undefined

You may recall that back in 2009 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) went on record as designating carbon dioxide (CO2) as a pollutant that was contributing to manmade climate change. A February 23rd, 2009 Wall Street Journal Article said in part:

…President Barack Obama’s climate czar said the Environmental Protection Agency will soon determine that carbon-dioxide emissions represent a danger to the public…

Of course humans exhale CO2 as a natural part of the respiratory process. People need a constant flow of fresh air for proper brain function and for our immune system to operate optimally.

But now we’re seeing a massive push to mandate mask wearing allegedly due to Covid-19. Way back in March of this year the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) were on record saying masks should only be worn by people who were around sick people. Healthy people didn’t need to wear masks.

But all that has changed.

Warning About Danger of Masks!

Like everything else about the coronavirus outbreak, there’s a huge gap between reality and the propaganda about masks. From a flyer being distributed in Arizona at lewrockwell.com:

Mask use can be very dangerous to your health because of:

1) Reduced blood-oxygen levels leading to reduced mental clarity, lethargy, and reduced immunities. This condition, known as “hypoxia,” can cause persons to lose focus and make bad decisions which can be dangerous to others. People are already falling asleep and fainting when doing routine tasks while wearing masks. The result could range from physical injury to self or others due to inattentiveness all the way to a social tragedy such as a rushed inaccurate verdict rendered by an oxygen-deprived masked jury that was unable to fully focus on and comprehend evidence and arguments in a case.  The likelihood of viral infections increases with hypoxia because the body’s natural defenses are degraded.

2) Carbon-dioxide toxicity from reduced ability of body to expel carbon dioxide (a waste product from all cellular activity).

Masks in Sweden: A Followup, by Daniel B. Klein

Coronavirus responses are not either-or. From Daniel B. Klein at aier.org:

In response to my piece on Masks in Sweden, I received the following fascinating note, by James Cooper, reproduced with his permission, which compares the attitude in Sweden with that in the United States. I think readers will find this very interesting.

Dr. Klein,

Thank you for your recent article on Sweden’s response to COVID-19. I would just like to add my thoughts to the ongoing public discussion. I am an American living in Stockholm. I have been living here for 17 years and am fluent in Swedish. I am from Northern Virginia.

Regarding this article, I will just point out that the American people have been buffalo’d into a very binary way of thinking – there are only two possibilities when dealing with COVID-19 – complete lockdown or nothing at all. This is also referred to as TINA (There Is No Alternative).

For many of my American friends, they find it difficult to understand that there are many possibilities in between the two extremes. In fact, a more nuanced approach not only makes more sense, but is more sustainable. That is precisely what the Swedish approach is all about.

Face masks to decoy t-shirts: The rise of anti-surveillance fashion, by Umberto Bacchi and Adela Suliman

This is the kind of passive resistance that should be encouraged at every turn. From Umberto Bacchi and Adela Suliman at news.trust.org:

Artists and fashion designers are coming up with novel ways to stay private in public

LONDON, Sept 26 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) – As top designers wrapped up London Fashion Week and made their way to Paris to grab the world’s attention with their lavish creations, a group of artists in London were making their own fashion statement, in a bid to become invisible.

Emily Roderick, 23, and her cohorts in “The Dazzle Club” walked around the British capital last week with blue, red and black stripes painted across their faces in an effort to escape the watchful eye of facial-recognition cameras.

The artists took their silent stroll through the city’s King’s Cross area hoping their bold make-up would act as camouflage and confuse the cameras.

“We’re hiding in plain sight,” Roderick told the Thomson Reuters Foundation, explaining that bright colours and dark shades of make-up are known to hamper a camera’s ability to accurately recognise faces.
