Judge Blocks California’s COVID-19 Misinformation Law, by Caden Pearson

A California judge on Wednesday halted the state’s so-called COVID-19 misinformation and disinformation law, which was challenged by doctors in two lawsuits, claiming it violates their constitutional rights.

In Hoeg v. Newsom, five doctors alleged that the state law, AB 2098, is unconstitutional under the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. A separate related lawsuit, Hoang v. Bonta, makes similar allegations.

Both lawsuits sought a preliminary injunction to prevent California from enforcing the law.

The five doctors, Tracy Hoeg, Ram Duriseti, Aaron Kheriaty, Pete Mazolewski, and Azadeh Khatibi, filed their lawsuit against Gov. Gavin Newsom and other officials, including the president and members of the Medical Board of California.

They argued the law prevents them from providing information to their patients that may contradict what the law permits or prohibits. They also alleged the law was used to intimidate and punish physicians who disagreed with prevailing views on COVID-19.

Judge William Shubb, a George W. Bush appointee, wrote in his ruling (pdf) it was plausible that the medical board would determine their conduct violates AB 2098, and therefore the doctors’ fears are reasonable “given the ambiguity of the term ‘scientific consensus’ and of the definition of ‘misinformation’ as a whole.”

Shubb noted that this weighed in favor of the plaintiffs having standing.

They knew: why didn’t the unvaccinated do more to warn us?

The unvaccinated knew what we didn’t. Some of them said too little. Most said nothing at all. A lot of blood is now on their hands.

As the world struggles to come to terms with the devastating effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, one question that continues to surface is why the unvaccinated didn’t do more to warn us about the potential dangers of being injected.

While well intending citizens lined up, did the right thing, and received their COVID19 vaccinations — now seeming to do more harm than good — their unvaccinated friends stood by and let them do it. Some of them said too little. Some said nothing at all.

Even though they knew what we didn’t.

Our blood is now on their hands.

Those are strong words. But the unvaccinated had access to important information about the potential side effects of vaccines. They knew about the risks of severe allergic reactions, blood clots, and other serious health complications. They knew that vaccines did not immunize us. They knew it wasn’t effective, and that they can cause more harm than good.

As more information about the Covid vaccines and other media narratives are released, those of us who’ve been consigned to the Conspiracy Theory bin for the last few years are being sadly vindicated.

High tide at Galveston Island occurred at 12:16 a.m. today. Aside from consulting a tide table, you would only know that if you were walking on the beach and saw the waves receding farther down the shore. The turning of the tide is something you only observe in hindsight, just as the moon can only be known to have reached its fullest once it begins to wane.

Are we watching the turning of the tide in our failing country?

Medical studies that call into question the Covid narrative are making it through the censors. Twitter has opened the tap on evidence of collusion between government and media to deceive the public about Covid. More and more people know someone who has been disabled or killed by the so-called “vaccine.” Are we beginning to approach a critical mass of people who understand that we have been played on a gigantic scale?

We used to call that “conspiracy theory.” Now it’s called “discernment.”

Little will change until we reach a critical mass of awareness. Congress, on both sides of the aisle, will continue to act against the will of the majority (see: Omnibus Spending Bill). Corrupt leaders will continue to be treated as heroes (see: Zelensky). Children will continue to be victimized on the altar of adult derangement (see: Gender Ideology). The world will spin on as usual until there is an armada of people who care enough about truth, children and the Kingdom of God to stand up, speak up, and fight back.

There used to be an attraction at Six Flags Over Texas called Casa Magnetica. The house was built at odd angles so that visual cues told your brain you were walking slantways. It was positively vertigo-inducing. When you emerged, the world righted itself and the brain settled down from its crisis state.

The last thing the medical establishment wants are actual surveys of people who have been vaccinated and suffered adverse reactions. If they don’t ask, nobody can tell. From Steve Kirsch at stevekirsch.substack.com:

Executive summary

A new peer-reviewed paper was just published that finally gets the truth out:
  1. Over 217,000 Americans were killed by the vaccine in the first year after rollout
  2. The rate of severe adverse events reported in the survey by the survey participants (13.4%) after adjusting by a factor of 2 for categorization error, is still 5X more than was reported by Pfizer in their Phase 3 trial.

Since deaths from the vaccine were higher in 2022, most experts would estimate the all-cause mortality death toll from the COVID vaccines to be in the range of 500K to 600K. So the global cost of life from these vaccines is on the order of 10 to 12 million people.

But nobody wants to talk about it because that’s the way science works. When you can’t argue with the data, you censor the speaker like the FDA and CDC did to me.

They are actively trying to get the paper retracted because it destroys the narrative. I’m certain they will succeed because journals are under intense pressure to censor any anti-narrative paper.

The problem is that Mark’s survey was entirely consistent with my surveys.

If they want to have the paper retracted they need to show us THEIR surveys. But of course, they don’t have any surveys because they are too afraid of the results.

Mr. Kerry is in Davos, Switzerland with the rich and the famous. We will return to him in a minute. First, an update.

The middle class is getting crushed. It has only two major assets – time and houses.  It earns its living by selling its time. It keeps its wealth at home, under its own roofs.

For the last 22 months, real wages have fallen. Over the last year, for example, the average working stiff got a 5% wage increase. But adjusted for inflation of 6.5%, the gain turned into a loss.

Meanwhile, his store of wealth – his house – is in the early stages of a sell-off. It goes like this: first, houses become too expensive, so the typical middle-class family can no longer afford the typical middle-class house. Then, naturally enough, sales fall. Builders stop building. And finally, prices drop. We are just in the beginning of the final stage. Here are the figures:

At the peak of the housing bubble in 2006, the median family spent 42% of its income on housing. Now the figure is 46%. And two years ago, you could get a 30-year mortgage at 2.77%. Today, the rate is more than twice as high.

sweden’s birth rate data remains severely suppressed in a fashion unprecedented in the 25 years of data to which i have access. double digit percentage drops in natality constitute a severe demographic issue and one might think that such a jarring outcome might be eliciting widespread and urgent curiosity as to cause. yet oddly, it is not. i fear this may have to do with what looks to be the most plausible culprit. once more it would seem that health agencies are failing to look for that which they would be horrified to find.

some base priors here:

  1. correlation is not causality. these associations are not and cannot be positive proof. but they can certainly be cause for suspicion and alarm.
  2. such suspicion is greatly bolstered by strong, independent, and a priori reasons to suspect fertility effects from covid vaccines as they are known to collect in testes and ovaries and the ability of mRNA drugs to trigger ongoing auto-immune issues is well known.
  3. we have specific clinical studies that show not only sharp suppression in sperm total motile counts post covid vaccination, but that appear to show that something on the order of 20% of subjects are not recovering from this and may be experiencing near total loss of motility. effects on eggs and ovaries seem less well studied (itself a somewhat puzzling outcome) but could be similar or perhaps worse as eggs, once damaged, are gone and do not regenerate.

5G: An Open Door for America’s Demise by Declan Hayes

5G is fantastic for everyone who wants to video call, stream movies or play games online. Not only is it infinitely faster than what is currently out there but, according to this FAQ, it is entirely safe, just like all those Pfizer Covid shots people jacked up on. As 5G is also pivotal to the Internet of Things, which stands at the heart of the World Economic Forum’s plans for our future, it is all good.

There are, alas, several pertinent and inter-related problems with 5G. The first of these is that Chinese company Huawei is far and away the world leader in this field, with Finnish firm Nokia and Sweden’s Ericsson’s taking up the distant rear and with no other company, American or otherwise, in the race.

This is a problem as 5G’s technology is such that it allows the provider, Huawei, Nokia or Ericsson, pry into their customer’s business, should they so wish, and thereby give them a massive competitive advantage in that and other, related ways.

Because that is a situation up with which the CIA will not put, the U.S. true to form, has been intimidating all and sundry and warning them of the dangers China, their ultimate nemesis, presents. It was for this reason that Canada, one of the U.S.’ more despicable colonies, arrested Huawei CFO Meng Wangzhou and held her for four years, on the CIA’s orders, on trumped up charges before being forced to release her.

It’s always a sound idea to start at the beginning rather than in the middle – so let’s do that.

The whole push for “electrification” is based upon a manufactured “necessity” – that of preventing what is styled “climate change.” The assertion itself is so vague as to be without substantive meaning. That’s a good beginning. How are we supposed to have any kind of intelligent debate when the baseline of the debate is so shiftily amorphous? It is certainly not – as the saying has it – “scientific.” That latter being defined by specificity – in order that the specifics can be examined, challenged, proved – or not.

It is telling – or at least, it ought to be so – that the claimed necessity for the extreme measures subsumed under the rubric of  “electrification” is so . . . non-specific.

But we all know what those who use the term as a club mean by it.

They mean the “climate” will “change” in some catastrophic way at some indeterminate point in the ever-elaborating future on account of the added carbon dioxide “emitted” by the combustion of hydrocarbon fuels, as from gas and diesel-powered vehicles most of all.

It is easy to illustrate the dubiousness of this assertion by simply pointing out the fact that the totality of C02 currently present in the Earth’s atmosphere amounts to just 0.04 percent of the total. The totality of the human-action produced C02 is a fraction of that fraction.

Temperatures in Northern Hemisphere Due to Fall Over Next 25 Years, According to Six Top International Scientists, by Chris Morrison

The six top international scientists’ predictions will probably be more accurate than Al Gore’s and Greta Thunberg’s. From Chris Morrison at dailyskeptic.org:

Whisper it quietly – and don’t tell Al ‘Boiling Oceans’ Gore – but the Northern hemisphere may be entering a temperature cooling phase until the 2050s with a decline up to 0.3°C. By extension, the rest of the globe will also be cooled. These sensational findings, ignored by the mainstream media, were released last year and are the work of six top international scientists led by Nour-Eddine Omrani of the Norwegian Bjerknes Centre for Climate Research. Published in the Nature journal Climate and Atmospheric Science, the scientists say that the North Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation, an important sea current that has been pumping warmer water into the Arctic, is weakening and that’s leading to a cooler North Atlantic area and lower temperatures, as was observed in the period 1950-1970.

Certainly, current observations back up these suggestions. As we reported recently, Arctic summer sea ice stopped declining about a decade ago and has shown recent growth. The Greenland surface ice sheet grew by almost 500 billion tonnes in the year to August 2022, and this was nearly equivalent to its estimated annual loss. Of course, climate alarmists have not quite caught up with these recent trends, with Sir David Attenborough telling his BBC Frozen Planet II audience that the summer sea ice could all be gone within 12 years.

Interestingly, the six scientists, whose work has helped debunk the ‘settled’ science myth, still attribute some global warming to human causes. The Northern hemisphere is characterised by “several multidecadal climate trends that have been attributed to anthropogenic climate change”. But producing work that predicts 30 years of global cooling puts them outside the ‘settled’ narrative that claims human-produced carbon dioxide is the main – possibly the only – determinant of global and local temperatures. At the very least, it dials down the hysteria pushing for almost immediate punitive net-Zero measures. Lead author Omrani is reported to have said that the expected warming pause “gives us time to work out technical, political and economic solutions before the next warming phase, which will take over again from 2050”.
