PSYOP-23 Bird Flu Edition: Here They Go Again! By The Second Smartest Guy in the World

In the global war on germs, there’s always a germ that can stoke fear, just as there’s always a terrorist in the global war on terrorism to stoke terror. From the Second Smartest Guy in the World at secondsmartestguyintheworld.substack.com:

The criminals that brought us the PSYOP-19 “pandemic” and associated slow kill bioweapon injections have been diligently seeding a trio of “viral” PSYOP-23 followup scenarios.

They can go with the Marburg option:

PSYOP-23: Seeding Marburg Virus As The Next Global “Pandemic”

The Mockingbird MSM outlets have just been tapped on their proverbial shoulders to ramp up the “pandemic” outbreak fear mongering. This substack has previously covered potential virus outbreak narratives ranging from Monkeypox to Ebola to Marburg: With all of the various other psyops currently in play, and the growing backlash to all things DEATHVAX™ and…

Ebola Outbreak Update: WHO calls for more international aid to prevent Ebola from spreading beyond Uganda

This substack has been closely monitoring the Ugandan Ebola outbreak as a possible setup for the next “pandemic” with the caveat that unlike PSYOP-19 if this virus were to in fact become a bonafide outbreak, then the global death rate would this time around actually increase significantly…

Or they may just deploy the latest H5N1 bird flu program.

Geert Vanden Bossche, who predicted antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE), turbo cancers and surging mortality from the C19 DEATHVAX™, has also been warning about the leaky “vaccines” incessently administered to chickens such that they would develop a super strain H5N1 (SS-H5N1).

These One World Government criminals and their partners in crime like the WHO, UN, WEF, CIA, DoD, Pentagon, Gates, et al. want to induce SS-H5N1 not only as justification to destroy millions upon millions of chickens, thus putting further pressure on food supply chains (PSYOP-FAMINE and PSYOP-HYPERINFLATION), but to have SS-H5N1 transmit more efficiently to humans.

Covid ‘Not Deadly Enough’ to Justify Risk of Fast-Track Vaccines, Chris Whitty Told Government, by Will Jones

In one twelve-day period, common sense was stood completely on its head in Britain and around the world. From Will Jones at dailyskeptic.org:

COVID-19 was not dangerous enough to justify cutting short vaccine trials as the vaccine had to be “very safe”, Chris Whitty advised the Government in the early weeks of the outbreak, it has emerged.

Writing on WhatsApp on February 29th 2020, the Chief Medical Officer told Government figures: “For a disease with a low (for the sake of argument 1%) mortality a vaccine has to be very safe so the safety studies can’t be shortcut. So important for the long run.”

The estimate of 1% turned out to be an overestimate, as the infection fatality rate in Europe and the Americas was found to be 0.3-0.4%.

Chief Scientist Patrick Vallance agreed with this advice and wrote that existing drugs should be relied on instead: “Agree, existing drugs best things to try for this outbreak. Accelerate vaccine testing where we have good candidates for future, and prepare for manufacturing capacity for longer term.”

nothing is obvious to scared people, by el gato malo

Think about the times you’ve been afraid. Looking back, how well did you think? It only gets worse when your fears are amplified by a group. From el gato malo at boriquagato.substack.com:

returning from the foray into fear

it’s fascinating the way the world can go from “what was always known” to “that which everyone knew was the wrong thing” in such rapid progression.

you can toss 1000 years of science, philosophy, and ethics right out the window the minute you get scared. fear is the antithesis of rationality. it’s the drive to “do something right now” and people desperate for this course are easy marks for the guy with the shouty voice on the big white horse.

this is how you get deranged by demagogues. and fear is always their weapon.

and nothing is obvious to scared people except for the fact that they want to stop being scared.

the cycle works a bit like this.

and we are now seeing it everywhere.

ask any doctor in 2019: “should people who have already had a disease get vaccinated against it?” and they would have told you “no.”

this was and is obvious.

vaccines are not magic, they just train your immune system. if recovering from the virus cannot teach it (and almost certainly better) then a vaccine cannot either. no one argues that we use vaccines because they provide better immunity. we use them seeking to provide immunity at lower risk. this whole “vaccinated immunity is superior to immunity acquired by recovery” is entirely made up nonsense that never had any basis whatsoever in biology.

this is all coming out now.

rationalizing rationality, by el gato malo

Intelligent, rational people can be cowardly sheep. From el gato malo at boriquagato.substack.com:

pressure is a second selector and ability to deal with it is orthogonal to intelligence

there is a funny thing about “smart” and “rational.”

sure, both are good things, but it’s also worth remembering that both can be deeply misleading predictors of how one will perform in a crisis.

each may well be a useful form of assessment and integral to problem solving, but under duress, the question changes dramatically.

“how rational can you remain while being stood on your head and spun around while direct fear impulses are applied to your amygdala?”

this is the test so many “smart” people failed.

Image

“scared witless” is a phrase for a reason.

fear and panic, yours and others, change everything. fear alone is enough to shut down rational faculties. group level panic and the social pressures of herd following behaviors blow this into the stratosphere.

suddenly, no matter how smart you were 5 minutes ago, you’re now a blithering idiot.

suddenly, no matter how independent you thought you were, the lightning flashes, the sky tears open in thunder, and before you know it you’re just another panicked sheep in the herd stampeded by the storm.

all these things you prized about yourself are gone. it’s like one of those nightmare dreams where you remember you have an exam in a class you never read the books for.

how intelligence agencies take over governments and nation states, by el gato malo

The intelligence agencies/secret police have been in control of the U.S. government since at least the 1960s. From el gato malo at boriquagato.substack.com:

control the sensory input, control the mind

the intelligence community is the eyes and ears of government.

they determine what it “sees” and what it “knows.”

but what if it has an agenda other than honesty?

what if it seeks instead to rule?

the threats are not even veiled.

watch “chuckles” schumer here. this is not a subtle statement, especially from a senate majority leader to a sitting president.

and watch his body language. it looks like he’s positively dying to make good on this threat. pavlov’s dogs did not salivate like that.

it’s enough to make you wonder precisely who he really works for.

and what if such a community decides it wants to take you down?

what might that look like?

About that coming “food crisis”, by Simon Black

Maybe we’re not all going to starve to death. There is still a lot of food in the world. From Simon Black at sovereignman.com:

On Wednesday July 3rd in the year 1315, King Louis X of France– also know as “Louis the Headstrong”– issued a groundbreaking edict.

“Whereas, according to natural right, everyone should be born free. . .” he began. “Many persons amongst our common people have fallen into the bonds of slavery, which much displeaseth us.”

“Our Kingdom is called and named the Kingdom of the Franks [which means ‘free’ in old French]. . . therefore I do decree that such serfdom be redeemed to freedom.”

And like that, with the stroke of a quill, Louis X abolished slavery and serfdom in France.

Unfortunately for the serfs, the King’s emancipation didn’t last very long; Louis died less than a year later following a particularly grueling tennis match (true story), and his successors weren’t so liberal.

More than four centuries later, in fact, in the mid 1700s, there were still more than 1 million feudal serfs in France, according to historian Hippolyte Taine. And their plight was even worse than their medieval ancestors.

An 18th century serf in France was subject to feudal dues of at least 14% to his local nobleman.

Plus there were a host of other absurd regulations; a French serf was tied to the land and unable to leave without his lord’s consent. They were required to provide several weeks of free labor to the government. And any serf who died without children had all of his possessions forfeited to the nobility.

States of Emergency: Keeping the Global Populations in Check, by Edward Curtin

Edward Curtin reviews Kees van der Pijl’s States of Emergency: Keeping the Global Populations in Check. From Curtin at lewrockwell.com:

This book is a brilliant and comprehensive analysis of the Covid-19 crisis and the worldwide states of siege instituted under its cover.  Reading it, one cannot help but shake one’s head in outrage at the long-planned nature of the wealthy global elite’s seizure of power under the guise of a germ emergency and the revolutionary crisis it has created.

I say this not only because I am predisposed to the author’s thesis, but because he buttresses his argument with overwhelming documentation that is meticulously sourced and noted.  This is a work of genuine scholarship of the highest order, and to read it closely and with an open mind one can’t help but be convinced of its essential truth.

Kees van der Pijl, the author of The Making of an Atlantic Ruling Class and the winner of the 2008 Deutscher Prize for Nomads, Empires, States: Modes of Foreign Relations and Political Economy, introduces his study with these words:

The psychological shock of the proclamation of a pandemic, like the purpose behind torture, is intended to induce acceptance of a ‘new normal’ and to turn off critical judgment. This state of mind is achieved by withholding information about what is really going on, through the extremely one-sided information by politicians and mainstream media. Divergent views by often highly qualified experts are not mentioned or are dismissed as ‘conspiracy theories.’ This can be compared to the sensory deprivation in psychological torture. . . .We are dealing with a biopolitical  seizure of power, initiated at the level of global governance and reaching deep into the sovereignty of the individual, a seizure that involves a  whole range of forms of violence. [my emphasis]

Panic Mongers Plan to Destroy Lives With Variant Virus, by Joseph Mercola

Panic equals control. Even a completely benign variant can, with the right propaganda and lies, inculcate the desired fear and get people demanding that the government “do something.” From Joseph Mercola at lewrockwell.com:

Just in time for one of the most joyous times of year, when families and friends tend to gather and celebrate, the globalists working on their (not so) covert takeover roll out yet another SARS-CoV-2 variant. Despite a scary-sounding name, the Omicron variant really appears to be a nothing-burger. As noted by The Hill’s “Rising” reporter Kim Iversen (see video above),1 the panic around Omicron doesn’t make any sense.

The symptoms, according to Dr. Angelique Coetzee, chair of the South African Medical Association, who discovered the Omicron variant, amount to little more than a couple of days of fatigue and malaise.

No serious illness has thus far been reported anywhere in the world. No Omicron patient has thus far required oxygen or even hospitalization for any of their symptoms. In other words, Omicron appears to be nothing more than a hyped-up cold. In a recent interview, Coetzee said:2

“Looking at the mildness of the symptoms that we are seeing — apparently, there’s no reason for panicking as we don’t see severely ill patients…

The most predominant complaint is severe fatigue for one or two days, with headache, body aches and pain. Some will have a scratchy throat and some will have a dry cough [that] comes and goes. Those are more or less the big symptoms we have seen.”

Dramatic Overreaction Designed to Drum Up Fear

Despite that, countries are going all-out again, closing borders and locking down their residents. Without any evidence whatsoever, chairman of the global physicians’ society of the World Medical Association, Dr. Frank Ulrich Montgomery, told German reporters he believes Omicron could be as dangerous as the Ebola virus, and called for the closure of Christmas markets nationwide.3

COVID-19 A Pandemic Of Fear “Manufactured” By Authorities: Yale Epidemiologist, by Isabel van Bruegn

Once upon a time the only thing we had to fear was fear itself. Nowadays the powers that be dream up things we’re supposed to fear and cancel out the unafraid. From Isabel van Bruegn at The Epoch Times via zerohedge.com:

The COVID-19 pandemic has been one of fear, manufactured by individuals who were in the nominal positions of authority as the virus began to spread across the globe last year, according to Yale epidemiologist Dr. Harvey Risch.

In an appearance on Epoch TV’s “American Thought Leaders” program, Risch, an epidemiology professor at the Yale School of Public Health and Yale School of Medicine’s Department of Epidemiology and Public Health, argued that by and large, what has characterized the entire CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus pandemic has been a “degree of fear and people’s response to the fear.”

“Overall, I’d say that we’ve had a pandemic of fear. And fear has affected almost everybody, whereas the infection has affected relatively few,” said Risch.

“By and large, it’s been a very selected pandemic, and predictable. It was very distinguished between young versus old, healthy versus chronic disease people. So we quickly learned who was at risk for the pandemic and who wasn’t.

However, the fear was manufactured for everybody. And that’s what’s characterized the whole pandemic is that degree of fear and people’s response to the fear.”

Risch has authored more than 300 original peer-reviewed publications and was formerly a member of the board of editors for the American Journal of Epidemiology.
