Highlights

•

Subjects with early COVID-19 treated with azithromycin combined with nitazoxanide, ivermectin or hydroxychloroquine showed overwhelming improvements compared to sex-, age-, disease-, and comorbidities-matched untreated patients.

•

Improvements with early treatments include reduction of up to 36.5% in viral shedding (p < 0.0001), 85% in disease duration (p < 0.0001), 95% in post-COVID symptoms, and 100% in respiratory complications, hospitalization, mechanical ventilations, deaths (p < 0.0001 for all). For every 1,000 confirmed cases for COVID-19, at least 140 hospitalizations, 50 mechanical ventilations and five deaths were prevented with treatment.

Because of the unquestionable benefits of the combination between early COVID-19 detection and early pharmacological approaches and the well-established safety profile of the drugs employed in the treatment regimens for COVID-19, it has become ethically questionable to conduct further studies employing full placebo arms in early COVID-19.

Abstract

In a prospective observational study (pre-AndroCoV Trial), the use of nitazoxanide, ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine demonstrated unexpected improvements in COVID-19 outcomes, when compared to untreated patients. The apparent yet likely positive results raised ethical concerns on the employment of further full placebo84 controlled studies in early stage COVID-19. The present analysis aimed to elucidate whether full placebo-control randomized clinical trials (RCTs) on early-stage COVID-19 are still ethically acceptable, through a comparative analysis with two control87 groups. Active group (AG) consisted of patients enrolled in the Pre AndroCoV-Trial (n = 585). Control Group 1 (CG1) consisted of a retrospectively obtained group of untreated patients of the same population (n = 137), and Control Group 2 (CG2) resulted from a precise prediction of clinical outcomes based on a thorough and structured review of indexed articles and official statements. Patients were matched for sex, age, comorbidities and disease severity at baseline. Compared to CG1 and CG2 AG showed reduction of 31.5-36.5% in viral shedding (p < 0.0001), 70-85% in disease duration (p < 0.0001), and 100% in respiratory complications, hospitalization, mechanical ventilations, and deaths (p < 0.0001 for all). For every 1,000 confirmed cases for COVID-19, at least 70 hospitalizations, 50 mechanical ventilations and five deaths were prevented. Benefits from the combination of early COVID-19 detection and early pharmacological approaches were consistent and overwhelming when compared to untreated groups, which, together with and well-established safety profile of the drug combinations tested in the Pre-AndroCoV Trial, precluded our study to continue employing full placebo in early COVID-19.

The Media May Be Responsible for Countless COVID Deaths, by Annie Holmquist

Information is paramount in any scientific endeavor, and the media’s suppression of information about Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectine may be a life and death matter for some people. From Annie Holmquist at chroniclesmagazine.org:

Late last year I wrote how a personal bout with COVID-19 changed my perspective and gave me hope that the pandemic wasn’t as dire as many made it out to be. My perspective changed in part thanks to a private practice doctor who had great success in treating COVID. According to him, COVID, if treated early and with a cocktail of various drugs, isn’t the death sentence we’ve been told it was.

As time goes on, it becomes apparent that my doctor friend isn’t the only physician who has this knowledge. The now well-known “COVID Hunter,” Dr. Joseph Varon, has been interviewed hundreds of times on various media networks highlighting the good doctor’s faithfulness and success in saving patients infected with COVID.

Those interviews, however, left out a key component of Varon’s success, and not because he has tried to hide his secret from the public. Instead, Varon’s experience shows how both the news media and social media platforms censor truth, spinning stories away from good news and toward fearmongering.

Varon’s story came to light in an interview done by former Fox News reporter Ivory Hecker. Hecker recently blew the whistle on her Fox station, documenting how she was reprimanded for reporting on positive news regarding drugs such as Hydroxychloroquine. Not surprisingly, Hecker was fired for this whistleblowing action, and now has produced an in-depth interview with Varon in order to present the truth she was not allowed to report on months ago.

According to Hecker, the death rate for patients under Varon’s care is about half that of the in-patient hospital death rate reported by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The reason for this success is credited to Varon’s use of the MATH+ Protocol, along with the drugs-which-must-not-be-named, otherwise known as Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin. While Varon has begun to phase out the former due to pressure over its political disfavor, he recently co-authored peer-reviewed research in the American Journal of Therapeutics on the effectiveness of Ivermectin. One of his co-authors, Dr. Pierre Kory, says that “the United States is in a media lockdown” over the potentially lifesaving information presented in this research, even though there is much interest among the general public.

Remember that time when the mainstream media lied about former President Donald J. Trump, only to have Trump proven correct afterwards? “Can you be more specific,” you ask? Good point. There are so many to mention, we need to be more precise, so let’s narrow the list down to five, and let’s consider the true impact of their dishonesty. While the media may have been successful in sustaining political damage against Trump, the Republican Party, and the conservative movement – which was their ultimate goal, no doubt – they also caused significant collateral damage, either unwittingly or uncaringly.

1. The Russia Hoax –

For those of us on the political right, it’s easy to forget the magnitude of this farce. We were bombarded with nonsense every day, we agonized over the ridiculousness of it all, and many of us have tried to put this circus behind us. The loser of the 2016 presidential election Hillary Clinton, along with her Democrat apologists, pushed on this narrative from the beginning. Trump was an illegitimate president due to his collusion with Russia leading up to the election, they said, an infraction so malicious he may have actually been guilty of treason and deserving of the death penalty. There have been instances of political malice between parties in our nation’s past, but never one quite like this.

What made this charade so absurd was the media’s complicity in it. This wasn’t just a situation of the media tilting a storyline and inserting opinions into supposed news articles, they actively hyped the story ad nauseum and actively participated in the misinformation. “The walls are closing in on Trump,” they told us. “We have another bombshell regarding President Trump and Russia,” they promised. It was all a lie, as the Mueller Report clearly proved.

Why are  all the countries in the world following the same unsuccessful and irresponsible response to Covid?  The masks and six feet “social distancing” are ineffective, and so are the vaccines.  Unless the mask is a N95, the mask does not prevent transmission of the virus. As the virus is airborn or areosol spread, six meters between persons dies not prevent spread. The lockdowns are more damaging to people and economies than Covid.

Why are authorities enforcing ineffective measures while ignoring proven successful measures that greatly reduce the Covid threat and perhaps eliminate it altogether? Is it because the proven measures are inexpensive and offer no opportunity for large profits from vaccines?  Is it because the “Covid pandemic” is useful for mandating control measures that curtail civil liberties?  Is it because the lockdowns decimate family businesses and enable further economic concentration?  The answer is “yes” to all three questions.

The Regius Professor of Medicine at Oxford Univesity, Sir John Bell, has revealed that Covid vaccination causes more mutations of the virus, requiring new vaccines in an endless chase.  https://www.rt.com/uk/515824-covid19-vaccines-variants-oxford/

I asked a distinguished virologist if the Oxford professor was correct, and was told: “Yes, Covid vaccination does and will cause more mutations.”  There already are a number of varients, and the South African government has reported that the vaccine it has purchased is not effective against the Covid strain in South Africa.

A leading medical journal has issued a retraction of their endorsement for a study that concluded the anti-viral drug hydroxychloroquine was ineffective against the COVID-19 virus. This retraction appears to validate the claims then-President Trump made about the medication being a frontline drug in the battle in the pandemic.

The Lancet, a respected online medical journal, issued an apology to its readers in an edition last year after the retraction. “We deeply apologize to you, the editors, and the journal readership for any embarrassment or inconvenience that this may have caused,” the publishers of The Lancet said.

Compared to the significantly more expensive medications being used to treat the virus, hydroxychloroquine – a drug widely used to treat malaria – is relatively inexpensive and universally available. Hydroxychloroquine ranges in price from $0.30 to $6.63 per dose depending on location.

s Gilead, the maker of Remdesivir, waging war on HCQ (hydroxychloroquine)?  Attacks on the drug have been continuous ever since Dr. Didier Raoult used this quinine derivative to save the lives of COVID-19 patients last March.  The first attempt to discredit HCQ was a hastily compiled Veterans’ Administration hospital system study last April.  Notably, one of the study’s authors had in the past received numerous grants from Gilead, with one grant in 2018 totaling nearly a quarter of a million dollars.

After deep flaws in the V.A. study were exposed, Surgisphere came to the rescue in May with a “15,000 patient” megastudy allegedly compiled from hospitals all over the world.  This strategy succeeded: following its publication in the Lancet and the NEJM, all outpatient use of HCQ was severely restricted in the U.S., Australia, and most of Europe.

When the Surgisphere scam was exposed, both articles were quietly retracted, and the editor-in-chief of the Lancet tried to wash his hands of this embarrassing incident by denouncing Surgisphere’s “monumental fraud.”  However only a few days earlier, Lancet editors played a major role in persuading the WHO to suspend all trials for HCQ.  Who put them up to it?

Donald Trump Jr., President Trump’s son, even had his Twitter account suspended for 12 hours after posting the video.3

An immunocompromised New York City Councilman who underplayed the severity of his COVID-19 diagnosis in April now says that it was actually much worse, and hydroxychloroquine saved his life.

Paul Vallone, a Democrat who represents Queens, says he took the drug along with a ‘Z-pack’ antibiotic and drastically improved within days.

“I couldn’t breathe, very weak, couldn’t get out of bed. My doctor prescribed it. My pharmacy had it. Took it that day and within two to three days I was able to breathe,” Vallone told the New York Post, adding “Within a week I was back on my feet.”

Though Vallone went public with his coronavirus diagnosis in an April 1 Twitter post, saying he was experiencing “mild symptoms,” his actual condition was considerably more severe. Vallone’s initial prognosis was particularly grim, as he also suffers from sarcoidosis, an auto-immune disease that attacks his lungs.

“We were in panic mode when I went down because I didn’t have a lot of immune response,” he said. “I needed something to stay alive.” –New York Post

Vallone’s brother, former City Councilman Peter who currently serves as a civil court judge in Queens, is now a believer in the drug.

“I guess all those doctors who are prescribing it are right. This drug is already on the market and the patent is up so it’s cheap. A new drug won’t be. So big money does not want this drug to be used. Always follow the money,” Peter said in a May 12 Facebook post.

Paul, responding in the comments section, said “[It] saved my life.”

When even Tucker Carlson can be intimidated, you can see the power of the lie.

As Minnesota’s black attorney general, Keith Ellison, clearly admits on Tucker Carlson, he withheld the police video of their encounter with Floyd in order to aid his prosecution of the police officers who he falsely indicted.

In other words the video does not support the indictment or the official story that the despicable lying presstitutes have beat into your heads by endless repetition and misrepresentation.

Twitter once again throws its weight around, censoring Breitbart for daring to challenge conventional medical wisdom. From Tyler Durden at zerohedge.com:

Update (1015ET): Breitbart News is still unable to post to their 1.4 million followers on Twitter, after their account was locked and suspended for posting the viral video of pro-HCQ doctors at the heart of the latest debate over Silicon Valley censorship.

According to Breitbart, Twitter has yet to respond to their appeal after nearly three days.

Twitter is punishing a news organization for live-streaming a press conference held by a congressman and licensed medical doctors.

Breitbart News lodged an appeal with Twitter on Tuesday afternoon. Nearly 48 hours later, Twitter has yet to respond or restore Breitbart’s ability to post. Twitter has not replied to a Breitbart News request for comment on how long such a review is expected to take.

Twitter took down the video and locked Breitbart’s account shortly after similar censorship by YouTube and Facebook. –Breitbart
