The Top 7 Reasons Why You Need a Second Passport Today, by Nick Giambruno
You don’t have to be a billionaire to benefit from a second passport. A second passport is a simple, but quite effective, way to increase one’s options and freedom of action. From Nick Giambruno at internationalman.com:
Before World War I, you didn’t need a passport for international travel.
People simply went wherever they wanted. In many cases, they didn’t need permission from any government agency.
Obviously, that’s not how it works today.
Today, governments use passports to document and control their citizens. In my view, the world would be better off without them.
Unfortunately, passports are not going away. You will continue to need one to travel, so you might as well have more than one.
Among other things, having a second passport allows you to invest, bank, travel, live and do business in places you wouldn’t otherwise be able to.
Further, a second passport prevents the government from locking you in. Without one, the government in your home country can effectively place you under house arrest by canceling your passport for whatever reason it wants.

Police State in Slo-Mo, by Jeff Thomas
The U.S. government’s slide into totalitarianism has been so slow as to be virtually undetectable. That’s not to say it hasn’t worked; the government is more tyrannical now than it has ever been before, stretching back to the the American Revolution. From Jeff Thomas at internationalman.com:

For many years, I’ve forecasted that the US will evolve into a police state; that it will begin slowly; then as more and more freedoms are removed, the creation of the police state will accelerate.
We’re now seeing that acceleration, as more and more Americans are detained, questioned, and having their property confiscated than ever before.
As an example, in 2016, some 20,000 travellers in and out of the US were stopped, often at random. Typically, their baggage was searched, their documents photocopied, access codes to their electronic devices demanded and their files copied. In most cases, no explanation was given, but they were advised that if the search was refused, they would be detained indefinitely.

The Big Questions We Should All Be Asking Geopolitically, by Tom Luongo
The biggest question is: can nuclear war be ruled out? Unfortunately the answer is no. From Tom Luongo at tomluongo.me:
To say that current events are ‘messy’ today would be the height of understatement. Everyday the headlines blare at us some new set of contradictory data points convincing us of some lie that serves someone’s purpose.
No matter how hard we try to keep up with things, cutting out the extraneous to find the nuggets of signal from the jungle of noise is more than a full-time job.
Sometimes, however, it’s best to take a few steps back, fall back on first principles and remind ourselves who the players are, what they want and then ask the big question of each of them… are they succeeding?
But to even ask that question we have to ask ourselves honestly the following question:
“What will they be willing to do to survive under present circumstances?”
This is the most uncomfortable question you can ever ask anyone. What would you do to survive? To protect your family? Your position? Your conception of yourself?

A World at War? By Philip Giraldi
The U.S. has become a nation perpetually waging war. Now it’s picked a fight with another big dog, and this could end up as global war. From Philip Giraldi at unz.com:
So the United States of America has been a country, like its best friend Israel, that seems to be perpetually at war…so what else is new? What’s new is that under President Joe Biden there has been zero diplomacy and almost reflexive reliance on wielding the “big stick.” To quote another bon mot from one of my favorite authors Raymond Chandler, creator of private eye Philip Marlowe, “…when in doubt, have two guys come through the door with guns.”

107 Times the Risk, Are ‘Boosters’ Designed to Kill? By Dr. Joseph Mercola
The possibility can’t be ruled out, and indeed the evidence that they are designed to kill grows by the day. From Dr. Joseph Mercola at theburningplatform.com:

Story at-a-glance
- The FDA has authorized the use of a booster COVID-19 shot in children ages 5 to 11; less than one-third — only 28.8% — of U.S. children in this age group have received the first two doses of this experimental gene therapy
- Effectiveness of COVID-19 shots in children wanes rapidly; a CDC study found that two to four weeks after the second dose of Pfizer’s COVID-19 shots, effectiveness was 60.1% among 5- to 11-year-olds, but this fell to just 28.9% by month two
- There is still no data on whether the booster is effective against COVID-19, and whether the effectiveness will quickly wane, as it has with all previous shots as well as booster doses in adults
- Artificially inflated antibodies triggered by booster shots signal to your body that you’re always infected, and the resulting immune response could prove to be detrimental to your health
The Making of a Global Dictator, by M Dowling
Some ideas are so stupid they can only be embraced by so-called intellectuals. Klaus Schwab’s great reset is one such idea. From M. Dowling at independentsentinel.com:
Klaus Schwab, the founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF), is a former member of the UN Advisory Board on Sustainable Development. He is also the leader of “The Great Reset”, and sees himself as the dictator of the new world order.

The WEF meets annually in Davos, Switzerland, and includes CEOs, cultural and political leaders, billionaires, and other globalists of renown.
They discuss gender equality, climate change, and the reworking of capitalism into a more feudalistic economic system they call stakeholder capitalism.
The WEF website states, “The non-profit organization’s aim is to engage the foremost political, business, cultural and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.”
Transitioning Capitalism Into Socialism
The “Great Reset” is a term coined in a 2011 book by economist Richard Florida and enthusiastically embraced by Schwab in the context of the United Nation’s Agenda 2030.
They plan to determine “the future state of global relations, the direction of national economies, the priorities of societies, the nature of business models, and the management of the global commons.” They plan to transform the social, economic, and political structure of the world’s “operating systems” – capitalism, the free market, and democracy.

Trudeau Proposes Law Banning Handgun Sales In Canada, by Tyler Durden
Canadians can trust the government to protect their rights because governments have a documented history of doing so. Guns are a silly fetish, that’s why America’s founding fathers reckoned them of no importance. From Tyler Durden at zerohedge.com:
Fresh off his disturbingly authoritarian response to trucker protests against Covid-19 vaccine mandates, Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau turned the dystopia dial all to way to 11 on Monday, introducing legislation that would completely freeze the import, purchase or sale of handguns, while compelling compensated forfeitures of “assault weapons.”
On the same day President Biden declared there’s “no rational basis” for 9mm ammunition in the context of self-defense, Trudeau said:
“Other than using firearms for sport shooting and hunting, there is no reason anyone in Canada should need guns in their everyday lives.“
Flanked by families of shooting victims and a group of officials that included Canada’s “Minister of Women and Gender Equality and Youth,” Trudeau declared, “It will be illegal to buy, sell, transfer or import handguns anywhere in Canada.”
In 2020, Canada similarly banned the sale of more than 1,500 models of so-called “assault weapons.” Owners were allowed to keep existing rifles provided they had a permit; others were given a two-year amnesty period in which to turn them in.
While the government estimated that 105,000 weapons were affected by the policy, Canadians had turned in just 160 of them through December 9, 2021. To this point, no compensation has been provided.

Welcome to 2030: I Own Land, Live Among Like Minded People, and Life Has Never Been Better, by Derick Broze
There is a hell of a lot better future out there than the one the Davos crowd wants to impose on us. From Derick Broze at humansbefree.com:
It’s time for the people to envision what our 2030 will look like.
On Friday November 11th, 2016, the World Economic Forum and Forbes magazine published a short essay titled “Welcome to 2030. I own nothing, have no privacy, and life has never been better”. Written by Ida Auken, Denmark’s former Minister for the Environment imagines what life might be like in 2030.

The year 2030 was chosen because of its importance to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The SDGs are a collection of 17 interlinked objectives adopted by the United Nations in 2015 with the ostensible goal of ending poverty, protecting the planet, and spreading peace and prosperity to all people by 2030. Their actions, however, regularly belie their stated intentions.

Ukraine Bits: Russian Artillery – Counter Attacks – New Missile Systems, by Moon of Alabam
Some updates from the Ukraine-Russia war, and things are looking grim for Ukraine. From Moon of Alabama at moonofalabama.org:
The amount of copium available for Ukraine fans seems to be dwindling.
More mainstream media now report on the huge damage the Russian artillery is causing to the Ukrainian frontline troops. Even the New York Times joined in:
Under the fire of Russia’s long-range arsenal and facing a desperate need for ammunition and weapons, Ukrainian forces remain outgunned on the long and pockmarked eastern front, according to military analysts, Ukrainian officials and soldiers on the ground.Just one engagement on Thursday and Friday on a small swath of the line, in a forest north of the town of Sloviansk, sent about a dozen Ukrainian soldiers to a military hospital with harrowing shrapnel wounds.
“You ask how the fighting is going,” said Oleksandr Kolesnikov, the commander of a company of soldiers fighting in the forest, interviewed on an ambulance gurney outside a military hospital in Kramatorsk. “There was a commander of the company. He was killed. There was another commander. He was killed. A third commander was wounded. I am the fourth.”
