The Deep State War Against Trump Is a War Against the World, by Robert Bridge

If they can get Trump out of the picture, one way or the other, then they remove a big obstacle to their plans for global domination. From Robert Bridge at strategic-culture.org:

Trump is merely a messenger attempting to wake us to an evil that threatens to destroy everything good and decent in the world, Robert Bridge writes.

Let’s begin this brief foray into futility by putting aside our tortured feelings over Donald Trump and admitting one thing: the FBI raid on Mar-A-Lago proves that the establishment has the power to crush with impunity any person – even former/future presidents – who threatens the globalist agenda. This has implications not just for Americans, but for every person on this unholy planet.

Facing the grim prospect of imminent defeat in the upcoming midterm elections, the cunning Democrats are doing what they do best, which is, first, to cheat like hell. Second, to unleash all the tools of oppression at their disposal against their political enemies, namely Donald Trump, the DC outsider who once promised to ‘drain the swamp.’

Florida Governor summed up the latest crackdown against conservatives as yet another example of “the Regime weaponizing federal agencies” to its political advantage, which could very well become permanent barring a second Battle of Gettysburg. Yet, it would be a mistake to think that those “political opponents” are only those of a homegrown American variety. The Cabal’s war is undeniably international; and more on that in a moment.

Talk vs. Fail, by Eric Peters

Trump’s a big talker. Desantis is a doer, and a pretty fair talker. From Eric Peters at ericpetersautos.com:

A sound way to judge a person is by his deeds – as opposed to his words. By this standard, Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, has acted in a way deserving of the support of people who are tired of politicians such as Donald Trump – who talk but never act.

Or act wrongly, ineptly – serially.

Earlier this week, DeSantis acted, again – by publicly firing a prosecutor who would not prosecute – when it came to laws (as regards abortion wrongs) he personally doesn’t like. DeSantis correctly pointed out that it is wrong for a prosecutor to selectively enforce laws and that he would not tolerate it.

This is not the only example of DeSantis acting.

He didn’t just talk about Disney’s disgusting practices. He acted to deny Disney the preferential status – as regards taxes and other things – it has enjoyed for decades.

He has also combatted the vicious misinformation peddled about “masks” and “vaccines.” He brought forth Dr. Joseph Ladapo to serve as the state of Florida’s surgeon general. Dr. Ladapo says “We must make health policy decisions rooted in data and not in fear.”

The Press is Already Working Overtime to Elect Trump Again, by Matt Taibbi

The mainstream media has no clue, notwithstanding steadily declining circulation and ratings numbers, how distrusted, disliked, and despised it really is by an ever-expanding number of Americans. From Matt Tiabbi at taibbi.substack.com:

Negative media attention and the martyring effect of Internet censorship are the best friends Donald Trump ever had, but press antagonists are doubling down for 2024

Pundits are trying to kill DeSantis with praise.

“The 2024 Presidential Race Begins to Take Shape,” declared NPR this week, part of an early downpour of coverage. Eight hundred days from a vote, the world’s biggest analytical army is already working every angle to the election story but one: its own influence on the outcome.

The press is going to elect Donald Trump again. They did it once, tried again four years later, and now they’re on the hunt a third time. They hate him, but they keep doing him favors, the latest being an attempt to kill off his biggest primary rival.

If you haven’t been living under a rock, you likely noticed a sudden avalanche of center-left news offering left-handed praise of Florida governor Ron DeSantis. Reigning conventional wisdom weathervane Chris Cillizza of CNN came out with a DeSantis-heavy piece called, This is the best argument for Republicans to nominate someone other than Donald Trump in 2024, Vanity Fair went with DeSantis Splinters Never Trumpers, Politico opined that Liberals Should Welcome Ron DeSantis’ Rise, and famed Alfa-Bank hoaxer and New Yorker writer Dexter Filkins called the Floridian “Trump With a Brain” in “Can Ron DeSantis Displace Donald Trump as the GOP’s Combatant-in-Chief?”, leading a gleeful National Review to chirp, “The New Yorker Accidentally Makes Ron DeSantis Look Awesome.”

They Can’t Let Him Back In, by Michael Anton

They don’t like Trump because they despise and fear the kind of people who support Trump. From Michael Anton at compactmag.com:

Image for article: They Can't Let Him Back In

The people who really run the United States of America have made it clear that they can’t, and won’t, if they can help it, allow Donald Trump to be president again. In fact, they made this clear in 2020, in a series of public statements. Simply for quoting their words in an essay for The American Mind, I was mercilessly mocked and attacked. But they were quite clear. Trump won’t be president at noon, Jan. 20, 2021, even if we have to use the military to drag him out of there.

“Anti-Trump hysteria is in the final analysis not about Trump.”

If the regime felt that strongly back then, imagine how they feel now. But you don’t have to imagine. They tell you every day. Liz Cheney, Trump’s personal Javert, has said that the 45th president is literally the greatest threat facing America today—greater than China, than our crashing economy, than our unraveling civil society.

That’s rhetoric, of course, but it isn’t merely that. It’s safer, and generally more accurate, to assume that your adversaries mean what they say. If you doubt this, ask yourself: When was the last time they acted more moderately than they talk?

Even if it is just rhetoric, the words nonetheless portend turbulence. “He who says A must say B.” The logic of statement A inevitably leads to action B, even if the speaker of A didn’t really mean it, or did mean it, but still didn’t want B. Her followers won’t get the irony and, enthused by A, will insist on B.

Drug Pushers vs. Drug Dealers, by Eric Peters

Donald Trump was quite the deadly drug pusher. From Eric Peters at ericpetersautos.com:

The Orange Man said the other day that he favors the death penalty for drug dealers. This is priceless – coming from one of the biggest drug pushers in the country.

Whatever your attitude toward pot – or crack, for that matter – dealers aren’t pushers, except in the rhetorical sense, often used by “law and order” (authoritarian) types who seek to criminalize voluntary transactions they do not like. Just like authoritarian Leftists, who criminalize voluntary transactions they do not like – such as keeping one’s business open to those who wish to transact business during a “pandemic.”

Dealers offer whatever they’re selling to people who are free to buy it – or not. If they don’t, nothing happens to them. They are certainly not threatened with social and economic exclusion if they do not use the drugs on offer.

Contrast that with what the Orange Man is pushing.

The dangerous drugs he used the power of his office to force us to buy – via the tax dollars we’re all forced to pay – to enrich billion-dollar drug cartels. Who then enabled corporations to threaten millions of people with loss of livelihood if they refused to take them. Left in place the “emergency” he declared that was used by his replacement to force people to take, including everyone in the military.

The J6 Committee Went Full Jussie Smollett Today and It is Hilarious, by Sundance

How big of asses can the clown posse J6 Committee make of themselves? From Sundance at theconservativetreehouse.com:

Either J6 committee witness Cassidy Hutchinson is currently working for Donald Trump in a weird effort to make the J6 committee look absolutely silly, or Cassidy Hutchinson is the latest Jussie Smollett or Christine Blasey-Ford. Ms. Hutchinson’s testimony was so outlandish only the most intellectually deficient left-wing loons could or would believe it.

Ms. Hutchinson claimed she heard a story from some unknown person that President Trump was so insistent on traveling to the Capitol building on January 6, 2021, that he assaulted his secret service detail and grabbed the steering wheel on the presidential limousine. She heard it from someone, who heard it from someone, and so Ms. Hutchinson was pushed in front of the J6 cameras to proclaim it.

They’ve Learned Nothing and Forgotten Nothing, by Ann Coulter

A lot of voters still care deeply about illegal immigration. Maybe one day Trump and the rest of the Republicans will figure it out . . . but don’t hold your breath. From Ann Coulter at townhall.com (I don’t share her opinion of Bill Barr):

They've Learned Nothing and Forgotten Nothing

Source: Michael Reynolds/Pool via AP

Bill Barr, two-time attorney general and one of approximately 2.5 members of the Trump administration to leave with his reputation intact, has also written one of only two books about that administration worth reading, “One Damn Thing After Another.” I’ve read ’em all. At least partially. Most did not merit more than a quick skim.

[For those interested, the other book about the Trump administration worth reading is Michael Wolfe’s “Fire and Fury,” but judging by its sales, you probably already have this book.]

I’ve been a fan of Barr’s since long before he worked for Trump, and was thrilled when he became Trump’s A.G. But when I got to Barr’s description of Trump’s appeal — which went on for pages and pages! — I wanted to throw the book out the window. You can probably guess where I’m headed.

By Barr’s lights, none of Trump’s positives involved … immigration.

They will not learn. No matter what we do, no matter how many times Americans tell pollsters they want less immigration, no matter how loudly we beg Washington to halt the endless flow of the third world into our country, the ruling class refuses to listen.

If You Voted for It, by Eric Peters

Trump’s presidency was marred by his abysmal handling of Covid. From Eric Peters at ericpetersautos.com:

Did you vote to pay $5 for a gallon of gas? You’re already paying 15 percent more than that, actually – since the buying power of a dollar has declined by about just that since the man 80 million people supposedly voted for replaced the Orange Man.

So you’re actually paying closer to $6 – assuming you’re only paying that. If you live in California – where most of the people did vote for this – you’re paying more than $7 for a gallon. It is very likely we’ll all be paying that soon, too.

And that’s not all we’re paying more for, of course.

Was the Orange Man that bad?

Unfortunately – for all of us – yes, he was.

As bad as the Thing is, it would not have been in a position to cause the cost of fuel to more than double – and to facilitate the devastating reduction in the buying power of the money we’re forced – by fiat – to use to buy it, had the Orange Man not been very bad, indeed.

The pain we’re feeling bears remembering – in terms of its source.

Let us never forget who enabled the things – by not rescinding the “emergency” when it became obvious it wasn’t one. People weren’t dropping dead in the streets; the hospitals never overflowed. A few were overbooked – because they were understaffed. There were plenty of beds.

Economic Security is National Security, and the Foundation of Economic and National Security is Energy Policy, Biden is a Threat to National Security, by Sundance

Biden’s destroying everything all at once. From Sundance at theconservativetreehouse.com:

Economic security is the foundation of national security.  When the government takes action that destabilizes our economy, every element of national security is put at risk.  We are experiencing that right now as we suffer through Joe Biden’s intentionally flawed energy policy that is destroying the U.S. economy and everyone within it.

“It must be remembered that there is nothing more difficult to plan, more doubtful of success, nor more dangerous to manage than a new system. For the initiator has the enmity of all who would profit by the preservation of the old institution and merely lukewarm defenders in those who gain by the new ones.”

~ Niccolo Machiavelli

Never has that Machiavelli quote been more apropos than when considering the MAGA movement and the rise of Donald Trump.

Thankfully, we are now in an era when the largest coalition of American voters have awakened to the reality that, to quote the former president: “Economic Security is National Security.”

As we live through the economic mess of a Biden administration hell bent on eroding the middle class of the United States, there are numerous pundits contemplating 2024 Republican presidential candidates other than Donald Trump; consider this group the lukewarm defenders Machiavelli noted.

At the same time the leftist coalition, writ large, are apoplectic about the base of the Republican Party now belonging to Donald Trump.  This group consists of those affluent Wall Street agents and politicians set on retaining the profits derived from decades of institutional objectives.

TRUMP: ‘January 6th Was Not Simply a Protest, it Represented the Greatest Movement in the History of Our Country to Make America Great Again’, by Cassandra Fairbanks

They are sneered at and dismissed, but there are millions of Americans who think the 2020 election was stolen from Trump. They have plenty of evidence, most of which has never been looked at by an investigative body or in a court of law. From Cassandra Fairbanks at gatewaypundit.com:

President Trump serious

Donald Trump has weighed in on January 6 ahead of the made-for-tv House committee hearing spearheaded by Democrats and a few RINOS.

In a post on his social media platform, TRUTH Social, Trump said that “January 6th was not simply a protest, it represented the greatest movement in the history of our Country to Make America Great Again.”

Trump began, “The Unselect Committee didn’t spend one minute studying the reason that people went to Washington, D.C., in massive numbers, far greater than the Fake News Media is willing to report, or that the Unselects are willing to even mention, because January 6th was not simply a protest, it represented the greatest movement in the history of our Country to Make America Great Again. It was about an Election that was Rigged and Stolen, and a Country that was about to go to HELL..& look at our Country now!”
